Showbiz Movie Theater-Marble Falls

Great theater, it was our first time visiting. Customer service was great, and very friendly. Staff was kind and helpful. Recliner seating are the best. Has very convenient features. Recline, comfortable,3 cup holders for each chair, one keeps you drink cool or hot the whole time. Also has a USB charger port,,that's a big plus.

For a Cinema in a small town, this place is great. Seating and the space you have is perfect. Seats recline, head rest adjusts, even has heated and cooled cup holders. You can get a beer or cocktail to enjoy during the movie. If you want to run to the concession stand or get another drink you can do it easily without disturbing anyone because the walking rows in front of the seats are huge. I'm not sure if all the theater rooms are the same, but I hope they are. All of the staff members were very pleasant. I'll be back here again soon!

I love the accommodations in the theater. The reclining seats are the best. The screens and audio work great. The only reason I give this theater a 3 is because of the food. Aside from the popcorn, the rest of the food is unpalatable. I tried a few different menu items, but unfortunately, everything was low-quality. - Pretzel bites had a weird chemical taste - Boneless chicken wings and pizza- tasted like school cafeteria food On a positive note, I liked the options at the bar. If only they had good food.

It's a nice little local movie theater. I love the seats. They have USB charging. A nice blue light so you can see the cup holder. Seats recline, heat, and cool. Very cool. A bit messy but not too bad.

Hubby and I went to dinner and a movie for his birthday. Ah, cute. We’ve been used to Alamo in Austin, which has on-demand waiter service. Cinergy is an old-fashioned theater with concession stand. The concession stand is way too expensive, but not more so than others. Smuggle in water bc they charge $4.75 for a regular-sized water. They sell alcohol. Theater had reclining sofa chairs, which were awesome! Cinergy is clean.

Always clean, employees are pleasant and professional. The seats are extremely comfortable. Great place to bring your family or a date.

Poor service my account was hit for over $400 and all they can do is call IT. No refunds my card what you took out. How hard is that. Then told manager doesn't come in until 11 am. Yeah not good business.

For being a movie theater in a small town it was actually pretty awesome, the seats lay back and have heated and cooling cup holders. We saw that movie in 3-D which was really cool too

Comfortable, clean theater with an excellent sound setup. Power reclining seats with trays. A full bar along with the standard concessions.

Haven't been to the movies since before COVID. I LOVE the new seats and the updated theaters! Really nice!
