Been trying to contact customer service for a order I made Aug. 18.. I'm trying to return the items and none will respond to give me a shipping label. If I don't hear back I will go to my bank and get my money back for fraud

I was looking for a Faja Ann Chery for my wife, but I always find the ones that are made in China!! the fake ones, in this store it's totally different, they have the original Ann Chery made in Colombia, you can see it in the quality of the faja, so thank you guys! Horrible service we purchased a brace dor my wife last week. They didnt have the one she wanted the cashiwr told us to buy the one they have and to try it on if it didnt fit come back for exchangr or refund. Went today and she said that am lying ridiculous. They should fire the cashier and some close d9wn this business for lying. I run a business and have never seen this in my life.
