They gave me a faulty washer and dryer and when I said something they replaced it temporarily while it was in repair. It’s been a month and a half, nothing. The replacement is actually worse than the first one. Then when I can’t pay they call and text and if that doesn’t work they bang on the door like the police. I work third shift man. They’ve been told 6 times about this and continue to act stupid. I’m not paying them, they can give me a full refund.

They lie to you, they say they don't save your card info and they do. If they can get a late fee on you they will. I e asked them to pick up a couch from them for two days an won't come but want to come pick up on the due date so I have to pay for another week. They rip people off an are money hungry. Sales reps are very rude especially when you give them an answer they don't like.
They will take money out of ur account when ur payment isn’t due then lie to u n give u the runaround! They refuse to give me my money back so I got my attorney involved n their item just got dropped off to the attorneys office cause I filed a law suit against them!
Good place to get almost everything you would need for you house.
As far as friendliness they are 5 stars. We have been hearing rumors of bedbugs recently so that kind of scares us from becoming a customer.
Very disappointed in Showplace these days!!Customers support was very rude to solving a issue we had with them,we was promised delivery on a time do to being short staffed they put us to the side,they don't mind taking $$$ upfront but can't deliver when promised we are done with Showplace in Findlay and yes after waiting 2 wks almost and and very rude phone call we got our $$$ back!!!! VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED IN THIS MATTER!!!
