After a long travel day, we didn't know where we'd land. So we were so glad Charity could assist us via the phone after hours too with booking a reservation. We got in late and it was very easy to find our spot. Our site was level with a nice patio table to eat at. Campground was well maintained and the bathrooms were too. Lots of hot water with good pressure. The pool and playground weren't anything crazy, but still nice & usable. Great place to stop off I-20 for a night.
Only stayed here 1 night. Area wasn't too bad and the main road didn't have alot of traffic. Spots were nice and the park was super quite. Pool looks like it would be fun in season. Only issue we found was that the showers need a makeover. I was surprised to see the selection of RV parts they had. Best I've seen in our 19 months of travel.
A fairly typical KOA Journey experience. Reliable for knowing we will have a pull through/full hook up 50 amp that will function properly. Friendly people and efficiently run. But the campsite itself is getting a bit long in the tooth. These journey campgrounds are mostly older parks designed when RV’s were somewhat smaller and did not have slides. So it’s a little bit tight, but was adequate for our big rig. Price is right. Good proximity to I20.

Very clean & level pad lots with cute iron table & chairs. Was impressed by the cleanliness of the dog park & great size of fenced in area. Found a bench swing to hang out on to watch the sun go down. Cabins are well kept up in the outsiders. Nice kids zone. Definitely will come back!
