Scheduled an appointment 4 weeks ago. Was placed for a 7am appointment. Everything went well until I was told the doctor wasn't going to be in until 830am. I met with the tec and nurse and was sent home since the doctor wasn't in yet. I'm dumb founded as to why you would set up an appointment without the doctor  being present. I was told she would call me back, four weeks later I called to follow up since they didn't call me, all they said was doctor will give you a call. It's been two days now.  Completely unprofessional. As the main reason I went to the visit was to get some answers from the doctor.

This was my first visit to the vein center and everyone was extremely professional and very nice. I first saw the tech who did the testing, then a nurse and last Dr Varma. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I already am set up to return in 3 months and I highly recommend this doctor.

Very poor experience. This office scheduled me for vein surgery for venous insufficiency. I took the Valium I was prescribed an hour before the procedure time. I got there, checked in and was sitting in their special surgical shorts and socks waiting for my surgery when someone came up to me saying, “Some of your procedure wasn’t approved so we need you to get changed back into your clothes and reschedule.”  This was absolutely confounding to me that the office would schedule me without first making sure that my procedure was approved by insurance.  But before leaving, I asked if we couldn’t just do the  veins that WERE approved. They said it all had to be at once because one procedure helps the other. If this were true, insurance should have covered it, right? This sounded far-fetched seeing as I’ve had this procedure done before.  But whatever, I changed and left the office  Then, I waited weeks for them to get approval. I finally called their office since they didn’t call me only to find out the insurance company once again denied certain procedures. The doctor then wouldn’t do any of the work. My legs are in pain every day and night and they said I could always just pay out of pocket – – $4000.  I don’t know what kind of business this is, but unprofessional and sketchy are the first words that comes to mind.

The CVR is one of the best medical centers I have been to. The entire staff was extremely nice, compassionate and caring  to the needs of their patients. Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Varma took out time to just greet me before my appt time. This center makes you feel like family, who care. To Dr. Varma, Jennifer, Pullwi and the entire staff thank you so much for outstanding service today. Service well appreciated.

Went to the Vein Center in Hackensack for a follow up and had a student work with me named Francesca and I loved her energy and how she explained everything to me. She will be great with that personality. Masiel is always great as well. Always very helpful and a great personality.

I really like this place employees are very friendly the doctor looks like she running in a hurry but the woman did the exame and the nurse was amazing caring about me very very calm to talk.

As a Bengali citizen who is mother of two children I am so amazed by the service of this location. People are so helpful and didn’t make us uncomfortable at all.

Doctor is very nice give us full time and suggestion also all staff, including nurses are very nice and cooperative.

My dad had to go for visits to treat his varicose veins, 6 visits. He's been paying $40 each visit. It turns out, they never billed the insurance for it. When my dad tried to call to have them call the insurance to remedy the insurance, they wouldn't speak to him or answer the phone! Unbelievable!

Dr Varma and her staff are wonderful. I was made to feel at ease with all my procedures. Everything was explained by the staff and they really took good care. Dr Varma is a wonderful doctor and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with all of them. My legs feel and look so much better! Thank you to the Doctor and her staff!
