I had my storage unit 1 year prior to it changing to My Place Self Storage and I think a true litmus test of management is making that type of transition as painless and seamless as possible for existing tenants and I can honestly say, from my perspective, they did that. It was seamless and well executed and the management has been nothing but friendly, professional and always willing to help. Thank you Tatiana and John!

I wish i could rate this place with NO stars. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience. The Lady Blanca in the front who claims to be the property manager is absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, and just a mess. I have rented my storage property for almost a whole entire year now & before she came in to the facility, the storage was owned by cubesmart. I never once had any issues with any of the staff members and team there ever. My husband went into to pay our bill & he was then hit on by this woman named Blanca suddenly offering him a job and position with the company stating that they were hiring because Cubesmart never had any good management and informing him of all kinds of despiteful accusations against cubesmart. He asked her to make sure our storage wasn’t locked and she couldn’t even do that. He went back the very next day to go access our storage and was unable to access it due to an error Blanca caused. He informed her that the elevator wasn’t giving him the proper access when he was putting in the same pin we have had the whole time we have had our storage so according to her she fixed the code. When he went to go access our storage for the second time, he was given an access denied error once again, and had to stop his time to go back to ask her again to fix it. She claimed she did and she attempted to fix it again, however of course she couldn’t get it right. He had to stop his time 3xs just to go back to her to ask her to give him access. Well she tried to talk him into changing our pin that we have had ever since we started renting our unit & he didn’t buy that from her. So he told her she needed to keep our same pin number for access and finally after the 4th attempt he was able to use the elevator to access our unit. She also informed my husband that they have not one piece of information of mine in their system. They have always had my dl, Renters insurance, phone number everything signatures as well My husband also informed me that she went straight to offering him a position there with her explaining to him that the pay is $16 hourly. When I went up to the storage that evening and asked her why all of the problems were occurring, and how was it that they didn’t have any of my information she failed to explain to me professionally and thoroughly as to why the problems were occurring and was very rude and disrespectful when i asked her for upper managements contact information. I proceeded to ask her why was she so concerned about offering a position to my husband when she should be directing him to speak with upper management over all of the issues she is causing, Well she got extremely upset when i told her she should find someone else’s husband to hire and should be taking out her time to direct us to a manager who can give us reasons why they suddenly don’t have any of our information even after taking a $185 monthly payment. She got mad and started stating things to me as “your husband is a liar, your not a good woman, cursing me out and saying that i needed to leave off of the property as she is the property manager. Surely i left and when i came back of course she was on the phone with the property manager . This place is literally a mess. We will be finding another storage unit elsewhere asap. To My Place, your staff is highly unprofessional and very disrespectful to your customers and have absolutely no knowledge of any transformation your company is going through. I would highly recommend finding better fit staff that care about customers as much as they do their position/job. I can sure say WE 100% MISS TATIYANA AND ALL OF THE OTHER STAFF THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY THERE.

If your a teacher, this is a great place to store your belongings. The attendant at the Hwy 6 location was very helpful and hospitable! They have plenty of affordable units and extra security for your belongings.

Such an easy and quick process. From the reservation to Tatyana calling and setting me up for the view of the storage. They are so friendly and helpful very knowledgeable and made me feel so much Bette for choosing to store my belongings with them.

Me and my wife came into the store a few days ago to see a couple options for our upcoming move and Titanna was very helpful. Definitely plan on renting at the facility when the time comes. Oh and it’s so clean and well kept too which was a plus for us!

John at the Sugar Land location is very professional and extremely helpful. he is considerate and trying to look after customer's benefit as well as the storage's benefit.
