I've had a great experience with this location! The staff are always friendly and professional. The facility is very clean as well. I would love to have 24/7 access, but with it being located in the heart of Paris, the trade off is that I don't need to travel over 1 hour to the storage unit I had with another company before discovering Shurgard. I had the pleasure of working closely with Carl the district manager, and not only is he friendly and patient, but he communicated with me in English, which was a huge help. The assistant store manager, Imane is great and treats all of the clients with kindness and respect along with her coworkers. If you need an affordable storage unit in the heart of Paris, I highly recommend!
I am very glad we found Shurgard, it's just what we needed and price is very fair. Imane is excellent. She is so helpful and attentive, she had everything ready for me before I arrived and provided clear instructions with friendliness. I'm very impressed and would recommend this service to everyone!
The staff Imane and Julia have been extremely helpful in assisting me with the storage of my baggages throughout. The place was clean and easy to get to. Definitely would highly recommend using their storage service!

Imane welcomed us very kindly. She speaks English so well that I understood the contract very well. She has a friendly personality. She guided places around, and gave us recommendations.

Wowowow! Amazing service from Imane! Was looking for a storage space for 3.5 weeks while we travel around France and found Shurgard! We booked the storage space online last minute in the morning and arrived shortly after to find our space ready. We were welcomed by Imane who prepared a welcome bag and provided very clear instructions on storage and retrieval. I highly recommend this storage service! For short and long term storage!!
