The experience I had at Dr.Shypula’s office was extraordinary. Never have I sat down with a doctor who has listened to me with such intensity and responded back with such confidence in his work. The words that came out of his mouth at my initial appointment were extremely consistent with everything after my testing was completed. The doctor knew what was wrong without a need for tests. The staff here was also lovely, everyone was friendly and courteous from the front desk all the way to the medical assistant who serviced me. An extremely professional setting, the standards set here at this office surpass what the bar should be at; and other offices should take note on the stellar job this office does.

This was the most compassionate and informative doctor and staff. I had been having issues with iron deficiency and Dr. Shypula made sure that I understood what’s was happening with my body. He was very calming and patient. The staff is gentle and friendly. I am very thankful that I found them.

I went for a bone marrow biopsy a few days ago. Dr. Shypula was very nice, spent time explaining what would happen during the procedure, alleviated my fears, listened and had a nice sense of humor which I appreciate. The procedure went very well, quick and painless, just a pinch and pressure he described. He is truly skilled.

Curently in the hospital now on my second day here. Dr shypula has never called back the hospital when he has been paged or called for 2 days. I seen him less then 5 minutes. And walked out my room before I could ask any questions or finish explaining what's going on with my helth. Not happy at all.

Very good doctor and cares for his patients.
