If you need a cardiologist, look elsewhere. Dr. Siddiqui is not pleasant and he trains his employees to refuse giving you copies of your medical records so you will keep coming back for more tests. Medical records legally cannot be withheld by a Dr's office. They withheld mine for close to a year, I had to bring my husband with me and beg them for them to release them to me. Carmen at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. The office looks and smells like it's never seen a mop or sanitizer. There is medical trash all over the floors in the rooms, trash cans overflowing and the bathroom is nasty. His office definitely needs a visit to check on his "practice".
I only came to this cardiologist because my OB needed an echo to be done. It takes at least an hour wait to be seen. I had a referral from my OB to get an echo done, they make you come back for a 2nd appointment to do the test even though they already knew the echo needed to be done. and then a 3rd appointment to get the results. They aren't very friendly over the phone. We asked about getting echo results for me to take to my OB. They told me we weren't allowed to have the results until we discussed it with the doctor. Even though I had already listed my OB on list to have my medical records released to and my OB was the one who requested echo and referred me. I only continued to come to this place because I had already paid for the 1st appointment. Find another place to go too. They are greedy and want every opportunity to take your money. There is even a sign on the wall that states that they will charge $25 for each sheet of paperwork you need filled out.

While waiting in the room, we could hear the cardiologist arguing very loudly with another patient. Several people were upset in this office and it was very obvious.
#DrSiddiqi saved my life in 2013. I am now retired in Washington State and still come back to see him. I will not see another cardiologist. He is devoted to learning more to help his patients. If you want a whiz in and out Specialist by all means switch to some quack. His office is busy and yes you have to wait. He spends time to explain things to his patients. My life is more important than time. He is my handsome hero and also my friends love him. I have 7 stents and open heart surgery. His devotion has made me eat healthier, exercise at Planet Fitness and have lost 45# all thanks to #DrSiddiqi
This Cardiologist is an A #1 best Heart Doctor in the area that I live in. My Husband & I both have him. He is a very Honest &Straight with his Patients. I truly recommend for anyone to go to this Gentleman of a Doctor. 9th. Feb.2015
What Dr office waits till 130 in the afternoon to even start clinic. The person/ girl that answered the phone was very rude. Im seriously thinking of finding a different Cardiologist. Tells me there's always a wait, wouldn't be if they got off their tails and actually did work. The one time I been there they had a total of 3 people in lobby. I would definitely consider a different Dr. If u value ur life!
By far the WORST Dr. I have ever visited. The front desk messed up my insurance paperwork so bad, I somehow ended up paying $200 for the office visit. Once the Dr. finally came to my room, he proceeded to ask me about my heart, and why I was there. That was great, until he interuppted me several times to ask me questions that I was in proccess of explaining to him! By the time I finally finished telling him my symptoms, he literally looked at me and asked "What do you want me to do about it?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU'RE THE DOCTOR. Then he basically told me that he couldn't do anything about it, and offered to do the same blood work that I already had done, And he had copies of. This happened on May 31, 2017. They have just now fixed my insurance. They were not even going to call and offer my refund. I had to call them, and they continued to try and avoid refunding me. It has been a week since I argued with them for my refund, as they said it would be direct deposited back into my bank account which it is not.
Dr. Siddiqi Rashid is the best cardiology in Baytown. He has preformed six different heart caths on my husband. He is straight up and brutally honest. You will not find a better doctor in my opinion.
60 years old but never been to a doctors office to say the least I thought I was on a reality TV show. A joke but understand not saying the doctor is anyway not a good doctor. It’s from the phone call to the office visit and finally seeing the doctor and nobody has your results in your files and everybody is clueless. Go figure . . . you took my money. I deserve your time and all of your staff expertise. Again nothing against the doctor but first impression is everything. Will never go back.
