Welcome to the business page of Sidney Scones - Victorias first provider of made to order gourmet scones. All scones are baked using a handcrafted original recipe and original flavours... with a few classics thrown in! I use no artificial flavours, colours, no preservatives; just REAL ingredients: fresh cream, butter, luscious fruits, and homemade glazes + sauces. As well as local + organic whenever possible. Check out the events page for upcoming Market/craft fair dates. Scones are baked fresh daily throughout the week on a made-to-order basis.

STRAIGHT UP – A proper classic… moist, tender, and flaky. Currants or raisins can be added upon request.
EARL OF GREY – Organic loose leaf cream of earl grey tea + sweet vanilla bean scone, drizzled with a silky browned butter glaze.
CRANBERRY ORANGE – A freshly zested and juiced organic orange + sweet cranberry scone, drizzled with a creamy white chocolate ganache.
BLUE COCO – A juicy blueberry and flaked coconut scone, topped with a sweet + tart lemon glaze.
SALTY APPLE – A flaky scone full of fresh apple + warm cinnamon, glazed with a luscious caramel sauce + sprinkled with fleur de sel.*
RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE – Scrumptious raspberries + smooth chunks of white chocolate, drizzled with a creamy white chocolate vanilla bean ganache.
CHOCOLATE COCONUT – A moist scone filled with flaked coconut + chips of chocolate, topped off with a rich chocolate ganache.
PEPPERMINT MOCHA – A fudge-y chocolate chip, espresso, peppermint scone, drizzled with creamy white chocolate + sprinkled with crushed peppermints.*
STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE – A buttery graham cracker scone laced with juicy strawberries, drizzled with a vanilla bean cream cheese glaze.*
GINGERBREAD – A rich + spicy gingerbread scone, drizzled with a vanilla bean cream cheese glaze.*
HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS – A moist, buttery vanilla bean scone, drenched in a sweet cream glaze + showered with rainbow sprinkles.
LEMON POPPYSEED – A sweet + tart lemon scone dappled with poppy seeds, drizzled with a juicy strawberry glaze.
THE SAVOURY – Sharp cheddar + fresh green onion.
BASIL PARM – A savoury parmesan scone filled with freshly chopped basil and sun-dried tomatoes.*
The Stuffy Scone – Buttery and flaky, filled with soft morsels of sweet onion, fresh celery and sage. It encompasses the delicious smells and flavours of a turkey dinner. One of my favourite creations.
