From our locally raised meats sourced from nearby Hudson Valley, NY to the market fresh seafood which is delivered to us daily, our family owned and operated food market offers the freshest, highest quality food, along with personalized service and our commitment to our sustainable food culture.
We believe in the health and flavor benefits that come from animals that are raised humanely and without hormones and antibiotics. These same practices apply to our seafood suppliers who deliver seasonally caught wild fish, as well as sustainably farmed varieties. Meat, fish and poultry are butchered to order, a practice that we feel strongly about. These same principals carry through to our extensive domestic and imported cheese and charcuterie counter where portions are cut from large wheels or sliced to order.
