Sierra Dental rightfully deserves the high ratings they are given. Their staff greets patients with professionalism and respect. The staff have shown sincere concern for my well being in my every visit. But, my gratitude is the dentist. Dr. A Wong went above and beyond before, during and after a painful, but necessary procedure. I appreciated his candor in explaining my dental status and what must be done. He showed his patience during the painful procedure. Most of all his professionalism was nonstop and I appreciate that. Most dentist get a bad, but sometimes well deserved, reputation. Dr. Wong is an exception. I highly recommend their office. I wish the staff and Dr. Wong continued success.
If you're looking for a dental office where you get to have a say in your treatment, this is NOT that place! I had a horrible experience here a few weeks ago but I purposely waited until getting a 2nd opinion until I posted my review. I scheduled with them to get a routine cleaning. I had been receiving my regular cleanings every 6 months with my previous dentist my insurance changed so I had to switch and during the last time I was there, I had zero cavities and she told me everything was fine. Then 6 months later I come here and all of a sudden I have 9 cavities, my gums are in terrible condition, and I risk having my teeth fall out because I'm neglecting them. What the heck?? They made it sound as if I hadn't seen a dentist in years after I had told them I received regular cleanings. They came across incredibly judgmental and tried what they could to shame me. The dentist here had zero personality and looked disinterested much of the time. He also looked bothered when I dared to ask questions. He and the rest of his staff kept asking questions that I had already answered on my paperwork which told me they hadn't even reviewed my paperwork. The work they were recommending after insurance would be costing me close to $2000. I asked for the regular cleaning that I had scheduled and was told that they would not be working on me. In other words, I had to cough up payment for all their recommendations or not receive any service at all. This is the first time I've ever been denied service. I wasn't going to fall for their scare tactics and once I let it be known that they would not be dipping into my pockets, they couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Since then, I scheduled with another dental office. What a difference! They provided me with the regular cleaning and told me I DON'T HAVE ANY CAVITIES. I was informed that everything is good. I'm so glad I asked for a second opinion. I believe the reason places like Sierra Dental Health exist is because they prey on people who are trusting and won't have enough sense to ask questions or advocate for themselves. Don't be one of those people. Ask questions and get a second opinion if something doesn't seem right to you. Don't allow places like Sierra Dental Health to scam you!
I had the best experience with the dentist! I needed an emergency root canal during the Covid shutdown and this office was the only one that was open. I didn’t have insurance at the time, however, the root canal job, the crown and the price was unbelievable!! I thought I was going to pay more but the price was reasonable! I’m so happy with the job well done and I highly recommend this dentist! He knows what he’s doing he will tell you the truth when it comes to your teeth!! Highly, highly recommend this dentist!!
Amazing dental office, every single member of their staff is very caring and professional. Dr. Nguyen is great and very knowledgeable. They offer payment plans and the waiting time is almost non existent. I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. Highly recommended, you'll thank me later.
Great experience here. They educated me on the procedure and applicable dental health issues, and listened to my concerns. Very courteous staff as well. I was referred here for a specialty, but now I will be coming to this office for all future dental care.
