Courtney was very sweet, very efficient and professional.  She covered the many options with ease and grace.  I would highly recommend her to anyone facing loss and the confusion that comes with grief.  The whole staff was supportive, approachable and competent.  I’m  so glad to have made the choice to use Palm Memorial services and have made plans for  my own end of life services as well.

Palm Memorial was fantastic to work with. Lisa is amazing, and made things so easy. Jack went out of his way to come to my elderly mom's house to complete the paperwork. So she wouldn't have to make the drive from Fresno to Oakhurst during that horrible time.  They kept us informed as to what was happening, what we could expect, and everything was done much quicker than funeral homes in Fresno said it would be like 1/2 as long.  Thank you Lisa and Jack!

The entire team was great. It was a difficult time. Jack did very well at listening to what we needed and offered services that met that need. Definitely a great experience at a tough time.

My father passed at home recently and from the time they picked him up to the finishing the details of Cremation the entire staff was caring compassionate and thorough. We were never rushed and we never felt alone. I thank GOD for these people and am thankful that they do what they do and with such Grace. I’ve never had someone close to me pass away and it was up to me to take care of things as my mom wasn’t able…these people made it easy for me. Thank you!

Everyone here is absolutely amazing! Throughout the entire process I've had a ton of questions, and everyone at Palm Memorial has been there to answer my questions, no matter how silly they might be. The people here have made me feel taken care of and supported during a difficult and confusing time. Jack is awesome and goes the extra mile to make sure everything works smoothly with the least amount of stress possible.

My husband suddenly passed on a Thursday evening. I had no idea who could help me at that moment in my crisis. I called on Palm Memorial at the request of someone present at my home. I am so happy that I took their advise. Palm Memorial was prompt on providing service that day and I have learned that having them locally made all the difference. Lisa and Jim Kirchert, manager went out of their way to provide great service of informing me about veteran benefits, and keeping me informed as to what I need to do next.  They were reasonable, prompt with assisting me with all questions and things that needed to be done in my time of need.This made things so much less complicated then having to go to Fresno. Thank you Palm Memorial for everything.

I just want to thank the  Palm memorial staff for their excellent service to my family in our time of need. Lisa , Craig, and most recently Jack, made every effort to demonstrate compassion during our time of grieving, yet were keen to not add anything but encouragement to lighten our difficult time. The staff was awesome, very sensitive to my needs.  Lisa was exceptionally helpful and friendly.  Couldn't ask for a better person then Craig, so polite and answered all my questions, gave me all the time I needed.  So happy to have them in our community.
