Worse hospital I've been too. Partner had a series of mini strokes 24 hours later she still hasn't seen a Dr. They just keep shooting her full of relaxants. No information and they won't let me up to her room before 11. She is alone and scared and they won't let me up. Gonna move her to a better hospital won't come here again.
Went to emergency room as I had a fever and painful and frequent urination. They took me to room even before I had my paperwork filled out. I felt they were very thorough, asked me good questions, and gave me great care while I was there. Dr. Berryman and nurse Michelle were great. We are just visiting the area and it gave me great piece of mind to have my care done here.
The staff has been great, I got to the er at shift change and the dissemination of information was unsatisfactory but as soon as I said I was ready to walk out the Doc came right away and stapled my head up tight. The discharge process has been extremely slow and unsatisfactory. I believe quality care is possible here they just need to work on communication And efficiency.
I want to say that at first I had trouble contacting the hospital to make an appointment for a CT scan. I panicked because the scan was important . After trying eight times to make contact with a scheduler I felt Noone cared. Turns out,Jolene, the scheduler had tried to reach me via voice mail...but my mailbox was full. Jolene went out of her way to personally call me and reassure me. It was such a relief! I just want the public to know that Sierra Vista hospital came through for me and I appreciate them for their efforts.
Husband has been here since 230pm and it's 730pm they have him in the hallway came in with chest and arm pain. Worst hospital to come to
They need at least two more helicopters before they get a better rating. The ER can only do up to IVs then they have to transfer you out and the next hospital is an hour away! We are living on the dangerous side in this town.
I'm speaking on behalf of my sister, with her permission. The negligence going on is shocking. A night shift nurse knowingly gave her a medication she could not have, telling her it was "only a little bit". The order to NOT give her that medication is on her chart as well as in her medical history but that nurse chose to give it to my sister anyway! He put her in danger of kidney damage! There were other incidents involving another nurse and a tech, so it's not just bad, it's horrific. I am calling the hospital in the morning to file a complaint. No patient should be treated that way, ever! I want that night nurse FIRED!
I want to thank every staff member from ER to OR. After suffering a month my wonderful Surgeon and his team have made my life so much better. The ER staff is amazing. They are very friendly, helpful, and they just get it. They understand and do everything in their power to try and make it better. So many people talked badly about this hospital. Yes, it may be small, but all the love, care, and support that comes from the people there make it huge. I love it. Thank you all so very much.
I got my COVID vaccination here. The whole process went very smoothly. I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. The staff I interacted with were all very polite and professional. Glad to be vaccinated.
If I could rate a zero I would. Not only was I misdiagnosed but waited 4 hours and did not see a doctor until I made them unhook me and I was leaving. Dr. Gallegos was rude and very unprofessional. Please go somewhere else people. This is not a place to depend on to save anyone's life.
