They charge for the space but the electric is surging like every 10 min. and the well water is no good. Pinal County has deemed it no good to drink or cook with. The manager is great but the owner needs to fix the electric and water. FIRST THE ELECTRIC, don't stay here.
I love living here for so many reasons. The property manager, Stacy, has done so many great things. The children have an amazing playground because of her. We now have a gazebo with seating and a fire pit and grill to enjoy. The property is well maintained and very friendly people. I would recommend this RV park to anyone
Very quiet. Neighbors are friendly for the most part I stick to myself. Recently upgraded well equipment and children’s play area. The larger gravel throughout the park is nice when it rains, keeps the spaces from getting super muddy. 10/10 would recommend
This RV park is great if you don't want to have electricity that will run more than one air conditioner without surging for 2 days in a row... If you want to live next to dilapidated campers that don't even have wheels... I literally only lived there for 2 days because it was so hot because we could only run one air conditioner and even with the 1 running it's surged in-and-out and when I asked the management about it she told me that it was not the park's electricity but the cities that's not true I moved to a new park and I have been able to run all 3 air conditioners and appliances at the same time... They charge you the 1st and last month's rent and a $100 site Clean up that is not refundable . I was able to get $500 back but ended up having to pay $433 to stay there for 2 days when I asked the management if I could get the corporate office's number to dispute this with them she told me no I could not... She was also very rude when I told her that I was moving even though they couldn't accommodate my camper with electricity in the summer... Everyone had generators but those people also lived there for 30 years in the ugliest nastiest oldest campers... Your actual travelers for work and we're not going to haul around a $1000 generator just a week and a 1/2 dollar generator just so we can have electricity in a park that we're paying for the site to have electricity...
i have stayed at sierra vista rv park many times over the last several yrs. i was told last yr when i wanted to make reservations for feb 2022 to call them in jan. an they'd get me in i did as told an was told there no spots open, manager was a tad rude ,last year i was told to call back every few days an they would get me in, never did get in .pricing at park has more than doubled since i started staying there.matter of fact in snowbird season its almost tripled. pricing for feb considering the 6 miles their out of town an conditions at the park prices were a little steep. considering i was told they cater to a clientele who stays there all year i have enjoyed staying in the park in previous yrs. but wont be staying there ever again
Very happy so far. Very family friendly, great manager and very great rates. They r not super picky about they age of your trailer, obviously understanding that not everyone can afford a newer trailer. We love it here!
Its quite a ways out of town but its rather nice. The prices are amazing and there is no age requirement like almost every other rv park in the area. Free water and septic while you just have to pay for electric. Has a public bathroom bring your own toilet paper and laundry $2. Driveway can be dangerous for motorcycles and such. Overall I'm quite happy staying here!
I had a horrible experience while living there. There are new owners since I moved out . The previous owner promissed not to raise the rent but it went up not once, not twice, but 3 times in one short year . Glad 2 see someone else took over but the expense that went into cleaning up the place always gets passed down to the tenants that remain. Rent is too high n the power bills are extreme for some reason. Can't figure out how it went up so much after the place was sold the first time. It has been sold twice in the last 3 years! ! Too far away from town also !
The water is included in the lot rent, and the mail boxes were new, but no locks. There was a secondary lot where trailers and stuff seemed to be stored with a gate that locked which is a huge plus!!!! And the parents were actually watching their children play and keeping an eye on them. Which you hardly see.
I would not recommend to anyone who enjoys a nice place to stay. All the Rvs are old and Manager is rude. Wanted to stay only a month since the place was alot further than we thought from my fiances job, Manager kept telling me to go back to Buckeye and that she doesn't know why we would wanna stay if it was only for a month, she repeatedly told me to go back and had no problem showing how unprofessional she was rolling her eyes and telling me and another lady how it made no sense. I live in an Rv, I got the rv to travel, if I don't like a place I will not stay. I do not understand what the problem was but because I am pregnant I decided to keep my mouth closed in case she decided she wanted to keep our money. I did not decide to stay even for that month because people like this will target you for any little thing. Worst Management I've come across thus far. Do better.
