I work closely with Forsyth County probation officers, district attorneys, and law enforcement every day to get the best results for my clients.

Here's my Forsyth County PRICE LIST.
FIRST MISDEMEANOR FREE FOR 16 & 17 YEAR OLDS. No joke. If you're 16 or 17 and this is your very first misdemeanor charge, I'll represent you for free. Deferred, guilty plea, trial, doesn't matter. Free. Just bring me a copy of your record from the clerk in Room 216 of the courthouse. *There are SOME limits to this, so call and ask for details*
EXPUNGEMENTS: $250. Make your old charges vanish. Poof! Like a wizard.
Traffic Tickets & Infractions: $400, which includes court costs. Keeps the points off your license and the insurance leeches away. It's a good investment.
DWI Trials: $2,000. Police reports and test results and videos, OH MY! Costs and fines not included.
DWI Guilty Pleas: $750. Costs and fines not included. Don't want a massive, huge, horrible fine? hire a lawyer who knows which judges are likely to do what. That would be me.
District Court Guilty Pleas: $500 per court per court date, costs and fines not included. Got 5 charges on the same day? Cool. Your plea is still $500. How cool is that? Got 5 charges on 5 different days but you want me to put them on the same date for plea? Cool. That's $500, too. It's awesome. I know.
District Court Trials: $1,000 per incident, fines and costs not included. Got 5 charges from the same traffic stop? Cool. Your trial is $1,000. You're welcome. Got 5 unrelated charges and want 5 unrelated trials? Dust off the credit card cuz that's gonna get expensive.
Domestic Violence Protective Orders: $750. Plaintiff or defense. Hearing or consent. Doesn't matter. $750. These things are serious. No, really. Hire someone with a triple-digit IQ (mine's 129).
District Court Probation Violations: $750. Wanna admit it? That's $750 for me to sweet-talk to PO and the Judge not to send you to jail (results not guaranteed). Want a hearing instead? Cool. Also $750. No, no .. you can't have me sainted ... I'm not Catholic.
PREL Court Guilty Pleas: $1500. They're a pain of paperwork and negotiating, hence the price. Felony sentences are measured in months and years, not days. It might just be worth it.
Superior Court Probation Violations: $1,500. Boy are you in trouble now. It's worth the expense to have someone negotiate and fight for your freedom. Trust me on this one. Superior Court judges don't play.
Superior Court Trials: $200/hour with a minimum $5,000 retainer. These are no joke, and neither is your freedom.
