Beautiful bouquet for my wife's birthday! The staff was very kind and helpful. I was in and out quickly and will be using them as my go to florist.
I live out of town but chose Sign of the Rose to deliver flowers to my mom on her birthday, which also happens to be Valentine's day, because of their proximity to my mom's new house. I messed up and gave them an incorrect address. Even though they were very busy because of the holiday, they attempted to deliver her flowers again, with the correct address this time, but for some reason their GPS was having issues and they still could not find her home. The delivery driver even asked the neighbors, which I thought was going the extra mile, especially after the first attempt failed due to my error. Shout out to them for trying again on their busiest day of the year. However, when I was called again to be told they couldn't find the right house, Linda, the front desk lady, argued with me saying Google maps was different for her than it was for me, she told me to have my mom call and give her directions. I was frustrated and couldn't help but burst into tears, I wanted to suprise my mom, not make her work for her own birthday flowers.. All I wanted to do was make my mom feel special on her day and if they couldn't find her house with the GPS it seemed like I paid for nothing. Linda then told me, "Sorry your mommy didn't get her flowers on her birthday." I understand the first issue was my fault, but is this anyway to treat a paying customer? Totaly belittling and made me feel horrible. The flowers did finaly arrive a few days later, there was a blizzard that haulted all travel the next day and they are beautiful. I would use Sign of the Rose Floral again, I send mom flowers every year, but I never want to deal with Linda if I can help it.
Super awesome. Called them from Ohio to order some flower to my mom just because I miss her and love her and they listened to me and the small talk was so sweet. And they are quick to get them delivered. And they are so pretty. Thank you so much. It really made her day!!!
Absolutely love this place! The ladies are always super nice and helpful. They did a beautiful job on birthday flowers for my mom. Highly recommend this shop for all your flower needs!
Linda is so sweet and always goes the extra mile! I am from out of state and have friends and family in Colorado Springs. It's so nice to know there's a florist out there you can trust sight unseen! She somehow always knows the perfect arrangement to make based on my descriptions! Thank you Linda
We received some beautiful holiday flowers from the nice folks at Sign of the Rose Florist and they were perfect centerpiece for our table! The flowers were so fresh they lasted for 2 weeks! Will definitely be coming to this lovely little shop again, thank you!
First and last time using Sign of the Rose Florist. Decided to use this florist to get flowers for my wife for our anniversary. When they arrived my wife sent me a photo like she usually does but I realized that what they sent didn't look like what I had ordered. I called to see if there was something they could do, but their answer to my surprise was no. For a whopping price of $89.99 Over $100 after taxes I expected not only to receive the flowers I ordered but better customer service. Below I attached a photo of what I ordered and another of what my wife actually received.
100% will go through them every time! So caring and put customers first! Needed to surprise my mom for her birthday and they made it happen. THANK YOU SO HAPPY
I ordered a bouquet for my one of my children. I received an email stating it had be delivered only to find out that they were not delivered and left a door tag instead instructing my daughter to call them. She called before their closing hours and left a voicemail. No one called back. No one called her nor left a voicemail. They got their money and we got zip. I've sent an email and left a voicemail demanding my money be returned.
I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law’s memorial from A Sign of the Rose and I cannot express how incredibly beautiful they were! The sprays were so full and vibrant. We wanted it to be a ‘celebration’ of life and the flowers represented our feelings perfectly. They were so fresh. A few days after the service I pulled the flowers out of the sprays and put them in vases around my house. They lasted for 2 weeks! Thank you for putting such care and quality in your works of art!
