Most unhelpful store I have been to in a long time. Did everything possible to not sell me a replacement battery for my car remote. I did finally buy a battery, only after the clerk told me he had no tools or change in the cash register to open this simple device.When I provided the old battery, he informed me his glasses were not good enough to read the number. My only thoughts are these: never go back to this store and that they must be money laundering since they are not interested in selling products or gaining customers.
Great little store that's often overlooked. Prices are great compared to the chain stores especially for common items and they're going to have all the odds and ends you need last minute as well. Store seems disorganized kind of like your grandpa's garage, but ask for help and they'll show you where your widget is. I go here when I need any type of true electronics components. They don't sell TV's and that type of stuff. For instance, right now I'm heading down for an N-type male and female connector. I would never even bother wasting a trip to radio sack for that piece.
A very good store in terms of electronics merchandise...about 70% as good as the Olson Electronics of the 60s-70s. I had been a Signal Electronics customer for many years since the demise of Cash Electronics. Unfortunately, this store is a sanctuary for snotty, immature and rude employees. Complain to the store owner?...he blows you off because treating his customers right is not his job. I gave this place an OK rating because in the process of losing me as a customer, I discovered alternative sources via the internet who are cheaper, responsive and bad-attitude-free. This store's loss of a long-time customer turned out to be my gain. I suggest window shopping at this store and then go online to find the best deal.
