The absolute worst customer service experience I've had, hands down. I called and was connected with a customer service representative with a general question and inquiry. I was looking for a mark of identification on my Signature Hardware free standing tub which is beautiful so I could correctly price out getting new feet and a matching overflow for it. I explained the situation to the agent from SH, she explained to me the only way she can help me is if I had a model number. I asked where model numbers are located, and she responded "on the website". Since we aren't the original purchasers of this beautiful tub in our new home, I was left guessing. None of the measurements seemed to be perfect, I couldn't find the color which ours is green on the website. I asked if maybe that would help her. She told me if I didn't give her a model number she could not speculate or guide me any further. I continued politely to include the SH agent in the search for the way to identify my tub, with her on the other end, silent. I understand there are different feet styles, ans was just looking, as a customer, for help. Around the 13 minute mark of our conversation, and her not budging, I picked a model number from the website which most closely matched the shape and size of our tub. She then told me that was not a valid model number. It took her about a minute to find it in her system. She told me they didn't have the brass feet for that model, so I changed the inquiry to the matte black. Now at about 15 minutes in, she told me the price for the feet was $2999 plus tax. To which I questioned, obviously, why? She said "we do not sell our feet separately from our tubs." This response obviously angered me, since within the first 60 seconds of our phone call I explained I was in the market for feet to buy in accord with an existing tub. I asked if she knew this all along, to which she replied, "yes". 16 minute phone call with no support and someone completely incapable of their job. She said she could "put in an inquiry" and took my email address. I have never heard back and wish whole heartedly our tub was any brand other than Signature Hardware. What an angering and off putting experience all around.
I bought a bathtub online through Signature Hardware at the recommendation of my contractor, who is like a family friend and does excellent work. It was damaged three times by the shipping company, even the last time when SH provided extra padding and had it inspected prior to leaving the warehouse. While my bathroom remodel has been delayed by a month at this point, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. We all expected to have to extensively justify the damage in asking for a replacement to be shipped, but they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Now all they need to do is find a shipping service that matches their level of customer care! I don’t think I’ll buy a bathtub online again period, but I’ll be back for whatever other renovation needs I have in the future. Bought a great looking tub faucet with an unbelievably low flow rate. Would thus value it at 79.99, but I paid over $550. It looks good but the quality is lacking.
Horrible faucet experience. Good customer service but the parts are trash and no amount of service will make up for trashy parts. Water flow is broken and inconsistent, unless it's on full blast. You only need to turn the handle 10 degrees to get the flow on full blast. Their faucets are frustrating and a waste of money.
Total failure. Besides shower valves made of cheap plastic, there’s no Extension Trim Kits, so installer be aware of that, or you might and up demolishing your tiles and redoing it again from scratch. Another thing shower valve cartridges be made of quality brass and heavy duty O rings, not cheap Made in China plastic components. Wouldn’t recommend at all
The 72 inch Quen double vanity looks elegant and timeless in my new bathroom remodel. I had worried that it would get scratched during shipment; however, it arrived in MINT condition! I love it!!
I ordered a tub shower conversion kit. I had it for over a year and then experienced leaks. The staff at Signature Hardware replaced my items quickly and without hassle since it was still under warranty. Excellent customer service.
We found the taller toilets we were looking for on your website, ordered Tuesday evening and they arrived Friday afternoon. Excellent quality too. Online ordering was a breeze. Email with tracking was easy access. Overall extremely satisfied with the whole process and will look to signature hardware first for all our kitchen and bathroom needs in the future.
I'm here to tell everyone if they are thinking of ordering from this company- DO IT you will be SOOO very pleased. The quality of the material / our vanity is astounding. I see some negative reviews from people mid way during their remodel and are stressed out and making mistakes with shipping, timing whatever but Signature has come through for us 100 percent. When you call customer service you actually get a PERSON who looks up your order in seconds and gives you real live updates! its 2022 THATS RARE!. We purchased our teak vanity, marble top and faucet from this company and when I tell you i get more compliments on our furniture its too funny and we will be lifetime costumers. Thank you :
