Huge shoutout to this team! As an employee at their sister facility in Bowling Green, KY - I couldn’t be more pleased with the interactions I had with their Marketing Liaison/Admission Director, Katie. Her professionalism and communication was excellent. She made the transition process simple and stress-free! The team was kind enough to coordinate and provide a facility tour on the weekend to the family! The family was impressed with the outcome of the tour to give approval for the transfer to occur. Proud to have Katie and the entire staff at Fayette as part of the Signature family!
Was told by three different lady's that work here if I was able to bring my Grandpa's cat in for a visit and been told I can any time I came up as long as he wasn't in dining room. I drive all the way here with his cat and I get told that I wasn't allowed to bring him in that I needed proof of his shots. Why would 3 different people that works there says he's welcome and when taking him in it's a NO.
I came on board in November 2019. On my tour it was evident this building was different than most SNFs. The staff are dedicated to our residents care. During this time of Covid, our staff have pulled together and weathered the storm. Everyone has stepped up to provide our residents with activities and care packages to help bridge the gap till family is once again able to visit. We are proud of everyone and my only critique is that we dont say it often enough. Good job team.
I am currently the Quality of Life Director at the facility. This has been so far the best experience of my career. The steakholders staff at the facility journey together in teamwork for every individual from the resident, resident friends and family to their own coworkers. This facility is the definition of teamwork.
My mom Eleanor has been a resident of SHC of fayette county for 3 yrs now. She suffers from dementia, the whole staff aides,nurses, pt and management take excellent care of her many needs, and any issues we may have. I would highly recommend this facility.
I have been in many facility’s due to numerous surgeries,and this is the best one by far! The staff is both kind and efficient. The new administrator is a problem solver and immediately addresses any issues to make your stay as pleasant and homelike as possible! I would highly recommend others stay at the facility!
Signature HealthCare of Fayette County is a great place to work. Everyone is caring, helpful, and responsive to the needs of the residents and their families. Our administrator is very hands on with staff and the residents as well as the families.
I have been trying to get info on my brother and I can never reach the nurses station says the mailbox is full. Don’t you ever clear out the mailbox? If there was ever any emergency you could not reach no one!
Such a great experience with the staffing - fast response time, personable interactions and the facility is very well maintained. I refer all my friends and clients.
Is there anyway that I could get someone in management to contact me asap...my father is not having a good experience being in this home. He is actually a resident now...
