First time here. I ordered the samosa for an appetizer and butter chicken and garlic basil naan for my meal. My friend ordered spicy shrimp and cheese kulcha. We both enjoyed our meals. . There was a big family gathering they were preparing for which means service was a little slow but that's not a problem. We understood this. . Some of the menus were missing pages and the menus seemed really 'used' as in falling apart. They should be redone to look more attractive. I ended up going to the buffet to get my own boxes, containers, and bag to box up my left overs even after the guy said he'd get them for me after we paid our checks. The music was a little loud too. . When you have big parties you're trying to entertain, please do not lose sight of the customers who are not a part of the party and are awaiting your service and attention. We see things and post reviews like this. Our money is just as valuable as those in the party.
Watch your receipts. These guys seem to want to charge what they want. The menu says one thing and my receipt says another. Once confronted they say our costs have gone up. Please don't charge more than menu prices or let your guests know ahead of time that there are multiple price discrepancies between the menu and what we charge. He charged me extra on every single dish I ordered. SEE ATTACHED!!!!!! Food was garbage. This place has been going downhill since the new owner. I wouldn't have said anything about prices IF the food was good. Never going back. I will tell all of my friends about this. There are others having the same issues. They don't wash their hands after touching your face. The worker brought me a bowl while holding it with his fingers in the bowl. One guy brought my food without gloves on and had his fingers touching my food. Another was wearing gloves but he was touching everything in the restaurant with it and brought food for the next table. They still use nylon gloves that are against the Illinois health department code as of January 2023. No one there had a food safety manager certification or food handler certification which both of them are required by law. Nasty Nasty Nasty Stay Away! Vegetarian options: Stay away!
The place is nice, Buddha welcomes you with lotus that feels refreshing. The staff are very friendly and service is good. Though food gets delayed to arrive on your table especially in the evening when we visited. We ordered seafood, were crispy very tasty and biriyani too. Totally worth it to for a dine in. Suggestion is try be early as possible otherwise waiting .
This place is our absolute go-to when we're craving Indian food. We're willing to drive 40-45 miles from Peoria just to have a meal here – that's how much we love it! The staff at this restaurant is simply the best, and the prices are reasonable. But let's talk about the food – oh boy, it's phenomenal! We used to be obsessed with their Veg Dum Biryani, but then a friend insisted we try their Eggplant Biryani, and we were blown away. Now both of these dishes have become our absolute favorites. But that's not all, folks! Don't miss out on their mouthwatering South Indian delicacies. The dosas are incredibly crispy, and the sambar vadas are as authentic as they should be. Trust us, you won't be disappointed. We can't wait to keep visiting this place, as it never fails to satisfy our Indian food cravings. It's worth every mile traveled! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options and they have not disappointed us once while we have been there 4-5 times now.
Indian food is one of my favorite cuisines. Food/Service was awesome and delicious! I ordered the samosa chaat, garlic naan and also the Telangana Boneless Chicken Biryani very good!! The food was fresh when it arrived on the table, I even had food left over to take with me. I will definitely be back when ever I’m traveling through the Bloomington area. Thank y’all for the delicious food!
The hold the Masala Pepper Corn has on me! It's SO good and addictive. I have only eaten it via dine-in, and not sure how well that would travel with takeout. The chicken Tikka Masala has big chunks of meat and peppers, very hearty. And their mango lassi is delish!Food: 5/5
I recently dined at Signature and had a wonderful experience. The Jain food options were not only delicious but also prepared with great care. I was thrilled to find a variety of eggless pastries that were simply delightful. What truly stood out was the exceptional service – the staff was attentive and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. I highly recommend Signature for a memorable and satisfying dining experience
Great fresh authentic Indian cuisine. The best by far in the sea of many. Highly recommend the biriyani, garlic naan, chicken pakoras and dosas! The owner is personable and really cares!Food: 5/5
The food is truly amazing and I wish they open one in Quad Cities in Moline. I gave the service 4 because when they are busy on take out they forget the dine in customers but the regular servers are always on top of it but the day I went they were out however when they came back it ran so much better. I drive two hours to eat at their restaurant it is truly good food. The atmosphere could be little more better but the food makes up for everything. If you have not been to the restaurant go try it because it is amazing food!
I'm in the process of moving to Bloomington area and wanted to try the food options. My parents and I tried Bloom Bawarchi Indian Restaurant & Bar and it's good, not gonna bash it. However, this place tops them in flavor, atmosphere, and quality. Super clean, well lit, and simple. Food came out in a timely manner and was Delicious. Being West Indian, I've had my fair share of Indian cuisine and this was definitely one of the best. The food was gone before I could take pictures.
