Never met a more welcoming staff. My daughter walked in so scared for the initial appointment, and we both left in the best of spirits. They were very thorough during the appointment and made everything that’s to come very clear to comprehend. Dr. Greg Brown had such a calm demeanor and really knew how to make my daughter feel safe and stress-free. He is an absolute sweetheart and you can tell he cares about his patients. We both really liked how they asked her what her goals were for her teeth so it made her feel like her opinion mattered. 10 out of 5 stars for all!
I had my initial appointment with the team and Dr. Brown this last week. I was extremely impressed by how welcoming everyone is and how invested they are in transforming your smile. I personally have been working with Michele and she is amazing. She has answered all questions in great detail and has me so excited to get my braces. Truly such a professional and personable establishment.

Getting braces as a 30 year old was not an easy decision to make but I am so happy that I did! I had an amazing experience at Greg Brown Orthodontics, his attention to detail is amazing. His staff are so nice and welcoming. I would 100% do it over again, I absolutely love my smile!
On our initial consult we were asked what was important to us to get out of our experience here. They listened and followed through with excellent communication at each apt. They are always friendly and welcoming. Truly a great place.

We absolutely love Greg Brown Orthodontics! The front office staff is so kind and accommodating with scheduling and Dr. Brown has such great attention to detail with each of the patients he treats. The first thing I noticed when we had our first appointment with him was that he bent down to my 8 year old daughter's level and spoke to her and asked her if she had questions or concerns- he made her feel important and took away any anxiety she had. His vans that match each of the different school colors doesn't hurt either! Dr. Brown is a true gem in the Orthodontics field and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
I had an amazing experience, for it being braces. The staff are all very amazing, friendly and helpful. When you have something wrong , like those lovely pokie wires, broken bracket, etc they schedule right away. Dr. Brown is amazing and throughout my entire treatment he has remembered who I am and things I have told him, despite having so many patients. Would highly recommend.
There are not enough words to express how pleased we are with Dr. Brown and his team! On several occasions we have needed to coordinate orthodontic and dental appointments, many very last minute, and Stacey and Judy at the front desk are always very helpful and accommodating. Dr. Brown cares about his patients. It is evident in how he educates patients and parents, is friendly, has a great 'chair-side' manner, smiles so big you can tell even behind his mask, goes out of his way to fit you into the schedule when an emergency arises, and works with you financially. He truly wants the best for his patients. We recently moved to the area, and we have been blessed to find Dr. Brown!
This was my third time having braces and I was very anxious about the whole experience. Dr. Greg Brown and his staff have bent over backwards for me. My job makes it tough for me to show up for regular appointments, but Dr. Brown just rolled with it. Very flexible, and very kind. My teeth look better than they ever have. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Brown worked beautifully with my dentist and oral surgeon to make sure everything was done perfectly. These people treat you like family! You won't be disappointed!!
