My dentist is amazing! I am very happy with the results. Got my full mouth implants done here and I love them. Changed my life .I ma so grateful . If you need dental office who treats you like family this is the place. Always treat me with respect and love. Highly highly recommend them. Dr. Sharma is great at his implant job.
Dr. Lam and his assistant Enid did a wonderful job on my molar root canal. Almost NO pain during the procedure. Everyone there is friendly and made me feel very comfortable during all aspects of the process.
My husband has been hiding his smile for YEARS- we found Dr. Sharma and they saw us same day to start the process for implants. The staff was AMAZING, so genuine and caring. From the consultation to the final prints- no detail was missed! He finally has his confidence back! Now we both are patients of his practice. We wouldn’t go to any other dentist!
Service is Great. Staff is very nice . facility is beautiful I enjoyed working with Kiana. Dr. Lam is great and do good job. He made sure I was not in any pain. highly recommend them. Whole family come here. They are very friendly.
We just moved to the area and were extremely lucky to find Signature Smiles. Our son had never been to the dentist before, and his first visit was fantastic. Today after his second visit, he left saying “More!” and wanting to go back! Getting a truck toy from the treasure chest afterward probably helped, but it’s a wonderful environment - everyone is all smiles, the reception staff could not be more accommodating, and our hygienist is the best I’ve ever interacted with - very calming, explained everything, great with my little one, and super friendly. I highly recommend this dentist, especially to anyone with kids!
Dr Sharna and his highly qualified , well mannered team is just amazing !! I had severe toothache. I did not want to go to my current dentistry. I was referred to Signature Smile by one of my friend. Dr. Sharma and team have been excellent over last few years with our dental healthcare. Recently I have to go through trauma of broken tooth resulting in extraction and implant. I never had any doubts in mind and Dr. Sharma and team extracted the broken tooth in painless manner as well performed implantation without much pain. I personally believe they are best ones around Manchester/South Windsor/Hartford area and recommend them without an iota of doubt. Thank you Sir...
I had the worst experience ever with them. First of all, they are extremely unprofessional. Three times, my partner had to take the dey off because he had an appointment with them, he had recieved a text and confirmed the appointment, but when we went there we were told that they couldn't see his name on the schedule! So we had to come home! This happened three times! We switched to another dentist and have been calling signature smiles for months to send over the x-ray documents. They didn’t do that until the day of appointment. I had to call them 5 times on that day so that they send a simple email with those photos, and when I said that my appointment is at a certain time and I need the documents by then, the receptionist said it's gonna take some time to gather the x-rays and that's why it hadn't been sent and hung up on me! Not that they had 4 full months to do that! Even when they did send the email, it only had some of the x-rays so I had to call 3 more times to get the other ones. Extremely rude and unprofessional in every way imaginable.
I went in for fillings to fix sharp edges on a tooth. After the Chinese dentist did the fillings, I didn't notice any difference. I notified the office that the problem still exists, and they told me to return to correct the problem. I returned as requested, and he made the problem worst. Now I have to be careful when chewing, because I keep biting my lips and tongue. They asked me to return a second time, which I agreed to but later changed my mind, because I do not trust this practice. They received two stars for the comfort of the waiting room only.
