This facility is easily accessible off Corrigan Drive with ample parking, adequate rest rooms, and a full-size kitchen for party rentals.
With new flooring and fresh paint South Park has made this old barn / party room look really nice. The entrance is on a active street so if you wanna be outside you must be across the street. Keep an eye on your little ones we had a few people speeding past. The bathroom’s are downstairs and would be hard for any handicapped person to access.
While you're waiting in line for the shuttle to go to 100 Acre Manor you wish you had a bathroom it's open they should make the top part of the building part of the attraction before getting on to the shuttle
It is a big barn, much as its name suggests! It has bathrooms, is right in the middle of the park near everything.
Nice piece of history
Took a an outdoor lounge chair, pulled my car in the lot across from the barn to enjoy the sun. Bathrooms were not fancy, but stocked and clean. Cute place

Old fiddle music was being played live by one person and no one else was there. It was like standing in the 1700s.
