Appointment at 8 AM. "come 15 minutes early" they said, but no one was there and the doors didn't open until 8:15 AM. And the doctor didn't arrive until 9:15. They don't answer the phone. Two days later I get a computer phone call that I did not attend my appointment. Not happy at all.
Too make a long story short I currently moved from NY to NM. The day after I arrived I made an appointment with silver health because I previously lived here for four years and have no problem. I suffer from chronic anxiety and knew it was imperative that I see a qualified "doctor" asap. I saw Marina Ledowtowsky and she seemed nice enough even though I had to ask her multiple times to repeat herself due to her thick accent. I'm not blessed with the Spanish language. I made it abundantly clear I need my anxiety meds and the repercussions could be a disater. She "understood" yet sent prescriptions to my old pharmacys in NY. Never got them. Ran out of room. Stay away!!!!!!
Yall have a great receptionist but your nurses and Doctors need to be humbled. Don't talk about your patients to the nurse while patients are waiting; we can hear you loud and clear. This is Deming, yall are brave for doing all that.

Front office staff is nice. After over an hour waiting. The nurse calls you back and she is just completely out of her element. Then you see the doctor. He listens for 15 sec about your concerns and needs then leaves. Ask to talk to him again and nurse says he's moved on to next patient and no u can't talk to him again and she acts like you are asking to MUCH. We drove an hour just to see this doctor. They are running patients through like we are cattle. It seems like they're all about making money as quickly as they can without giving any patient care.
My one year old is sick and I was told to call so he can have a covid test. He doesn't have covid. How can you claim to be a medical facility and turn people away at the same time? Y'all have let covid fill you with so much fear you have forgotten your oath. If you can't handle a contagious line of work then it's time for a new career. Y'all have no honor. P. S. To anyone needing to be seen. Go to Summit Healthcare. They're located next to Cricket and across from KFC. They are a very caring facility.
Ive been going here for years. While itd be nice to have warning of upcoming regular shots theyre also really friendly and awsome staff.

Worst service ever my granddaughter went in because she was sick and found out she had both ear infections and here we are are two days later and still can’t get her medication sent to Walgreens she didn’t sleep last night and we’re still waiting her Dr was so rude and unfriendly that’s why we take our business to las cruces
