I was able to get one of the new homes and I love it! Only been here 3 days but so far everything is great. Latosha the manager was very helpful in getting me approved and in there. It took a few months to be ready to move in, but it was worth the wait! Seems like a friendly environment with children playing outside and I love it since I have grandchildren that will be visiting.
Save your money and Stay away this park is run down with terrible water issues roads that need repair and sidewalks that can't be walked on due to needed repair . The fence that enclosed the property is falling down with no repairs made in several years .so much for a gated community when the gates haven't been in operation for a long time . Street lights on property have been out for awhile with no repairs. The onsite manager and maintenance personal are of no help with any issues that you address to them. No emergency contact information given to residents for after hour issues. There have been many times when residents have been without water for days at a time. In Short the upkeep of this entire park is horrible with no repairs made but Lot rent continues to increase yearly . So much more could be said but I don't have time to address all the negative issues with this place.
I lost my home there. The rental people will not give but one chance. If you do something they don't like, then they evict you and steal your house and buy it for what you owe. The well water is nasty and brown you can't get enough water . They have kicked so many families out of their homes, and it is sad. They really own the lot and your mobile home too.
While performing work in this park what I observed is: This is an older mobile home park. It is clean, the employees that manage and maintain the park are friendly and helpful. From what I see the owners and staff are constantly updating and making improvements on the park. The park is located in a great area near all of the newest, updated shopping malls, fuel stations and restaurants. The Charlotte Motor Speedway is just a few minutes away! The park area is quiet and has a friendly atmosphere and the homeowners are friendly and helpful. It appears to be a great place to reside. The area has everything you need and is very close to the major highways.
I really enjoy the office lady Latasha she very nice and pleasant to talk to and she make sure thing good handle right away I’m very happy that I have the opportunity to live in this community
I am applaud at the way this company runs their business. First off I understand that rent should be paid on time every month or there is consequences. But the manner in which this company handles renters who are late is horrific and outright rude. They have no compassion and do not care a darn bit about their tenants rights and/or situations. This company manages several mobile parks, not Ritz Carlton's, cheap mobile homes. Most people who buy mobile homes and live in a park fall within 2 categories. 1 They are poverty or close to the poverty line and live pay check to pay check. 2 They are elderly and do not want the hassle that comes with owning a house, and they usually live pay check to pay check. So with that being said life happens. I have lived in one of their said parks for 4 years, when we moved in 4 years ago rent was around $300, it is now $399 it has went up almost $100 in 4 years and for what, NOTHING, you get a lot, water, and trash, the water is disgustingly brown and gets shut off every Tuesday for HOURS at a time. There is NO adminities at all unless you count a playground that is fenced off and locked during non-business hours, so pretty much whenever the kids have a chance to play outside it is closed..... You have to take care of your own lawn which is not a big deal if rent wasn't so high. When we first moved in they tried to blame the water on our mobile home being that it is our problem then we started finding out that others are having the same issue. The is bugs everywhere and when you finally waste a ton of money getting them out of your house they just come right back because the park NEVER sprays or maintains the grounds. The only LOTs they are interested in repairing are their own. The manager lot and the ex-assistant manager lot are the only two lots that have had their driveways maintains. Whenever it rains, half of my driveway floods completely because there is not proper drainage in the park. Whenever we complain about something they always have an excuse and do not do anything about it. The close the office randomly with no notice whatsoever, so if you are trying to contact them for some reason, say late rent. They are not there when they are supposed to be. Yes my rent was late, yes I did not get it paid by the 15, but I tried to contact you on this, this and this date and could not. What about that, oh that is my problem to that YOU were not there. Dont live here Ive been living here since i was around 4 and yea i guess it a nice quite neighborhood. But there are many problems that come with this place as well. THE MANAGEMENT- the mangers are horrible, they pick on the kids, i have experienced it since a young kid, and you can ask.any young boy or girl and they will tell you the problems with them. They are racist and unreasonable. Considering that most of the people who live there are Hispanic they feel a sense of superiority and they have had many problems with people making them leave eventually. RENT- when i was young rent was less than 300 now its being changed to over $400 which is unreasonable. WATER- the running water is a dark brown its looks disgusting, sometimes we dont even have water. Its horrific and we cant make food or take showers. Overall it would be better to live some place else. Ive been living here 10+ years And we plan to move.

I have been here 12 years and they just don't keep the roads up to par. Deep ruts everywhere. They are up to $450 rent on just the lot! Probably will sale soon.
