Silver Parking Deck At Mercedes Benz Stadium

Today, the kiosk at the top did not work. It was trying to give me a ticket instead of taking my ticket. When you push the "HELP" button, absolutely nothing happens. Nobody picks up. I'm pretty sure it doesn't even call. The comoany who owns the deck won't publish the phone number anywhere on google or linked website, so I had to get the number from the Mercedes Benz security. It took quite some time for an attendant to arrive, and when they did, it became evident there is a breakdown in communication somewhere in the company, because I get a discounted rate through my employer as I have been getting all week but the attendant had no idea about it. All in all, this company needs to get their act together. If you want the revenue of a parking deck, you need to maintenance it and not rip people off. I don't like being trapped. I don't like having my time wasted.

Used to be able to park here for Atlanta United games. Staff was pretty rude too. Main sporting event and the parking deck was about completely empty! Guess they're making plenty of money somehow during the week that they don't need to make any during the events.

The parking here is EXCELLENT the staff, not so much. During the Beyoncé concert using navigation to this deck took you the normal way through the train yard. WELL the parking staff had this way blocked off as soon as you reach the deck and made everyone turn around as soon as you get to that area causing lateness and missing of ticket benefits. This is awful and I wish I could sue for it. My experience with the parking staff and the way this deck was managed burned me up and ruined my experience at Mercedes-Benz stadium. NO WAYS to premium parking should be blocked off.

They need to control getting into pre paid parking. Parking was good double lines between spaces. They should have signs telling you whats what. They have signs at the elevators if you understand where you are going. We parked went up one level went across bridge went up one level and I was 1 section over!!! That made it great. Make signs giving direction

Really easy place to park, not terribly expensive considering it’s prominent location. Clean lot and easy in and out from the street.

It was very convenient to go vote. To park, walk to the Front door to get to the Greeters sit down to take your information, give you your Ballot to Vote, to Cast your Ballot and receive your Free Gifts and walk back to your car was a Total of 10mins

Great place to park for events in the Georgia Dome

I got lost in this parking garage twice now Probably my fault but still very stressful

So clean and great easy parking.
