This was the best and easiest storage move in I've ever had. West Coast's customer service was amazing. Jessica was helpful and turned a challenging day around for us.
I made a reservation easy enough on the website, which was followed by a prompt phone call response not even ten minutes later. When I went to go check it out, the front desk folks, Melisa and Lucas, were very friendly and highly informative about all the procedures and necessities of renting out the space. Price was good too and they also had locks available for purchase. Thanks to Melisa and Lucas, I'm happy to patron here.
Melisa was very helpful when I moved out and canceled my contract.
I would have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had during a situation like this. Melissa and Kelsey were absolutely fantastic,they took the time to answer all my questions,showing me the units and making sure I fully understood My leasing contract. Both Melissa and Kelsey went above and beyond their duties welcoming me and helping me through this very difficult process at this moment in my life. This place is great! They have very nice and clean units. Very easy to access with cameras in every hallway to make you feel like your stuff is safe. The units are temperature controlled to keep your stuff safe and it's nice when moving things in and out of the unit. The staff is very nice and friendly. If you are looking for a storage unit that will give you peace of mind this is the best one in Reno.
Amazing place and she was extremely nice and helpful
This is a brand new facility, with very secure security systems. Not only do you have a code for the gate, but also for the door to your storage unit. Great customer service as well. Very friendly husband and wife team. I have had my things in storage for over a year. Over never had a problem. It's also in a centrally located area of Reno.
Prices have increased and people are leaving in droves. Their new cash cow- allowing homeless to live on site with codes to get in/out in air conditioned units
Best storage facility in Reno hands down! Did some shopping around before we chose to store our belongings here and you can’t beat the staff and the quality. Clean, new, safe, and very well maintained. Couldn’t be happier with Silver State Storage!
