They evaluated my dad's coin collection.   I knew nothing about coins, but the owner patiently explained things to me and made me a part of the process.   He spent nearly 5 hours with me, and in the end, he bought the collection for more than I or my brothers thought it was worth. If you want honesty, integrity, and great customer service, this is the place to go.

Was wanting to buy multiple 1 oz Silver for special occasion and Sales at this place was not willing to give any type of discount for buying multiple purchases...Would not even give discount on Engraving.....I will not do business with a company that has Bad Business Practices......

Highly improper shady Co. they cancel Visa orders weeks after placing when metaI prices are Low and ask for cash pay instead. Prefer overt traders. Don't wast your dime here cost$ time.

I buy and sell here often, the staff has always been friendly and accommodating to the customers. My daughter comes with me and she loves the store to. Nice selection on coins and bullion. I highly recommend checking them out.

Never have I walked in a coin shop been lied to, spoke to and disrespected so poorly!! Was told one think in messenger, only to be lied to after my 2 hour drive!!! Made me a cash offer after saying they would not without having coin graded etc. Female employee was nothing but rude, disrespectful liar! It’s definitely real well offer you $$$. But Na we won’t wait til after it’s sent out NOW that we see it.

Neat store. Priced well over Google claimed value but I have not a clue lol. $50.⁰⁰ for a $42.⁰⁰ coin but they can't house it for free.

Wonderful customer service, fair prices, nice variety of products, they buy and sell precious metals, typically expedited customer service.

I have been buying from SilverTowne for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I live in the area so I buy in person. They carry all of the major world gold and silver coins at competitive prices, and Indiana residents no longer pay sales tax on most coins due to a change in the tax law. I have also had them appraise a few coins and they are honest and straightforward, telling you how much a dealer would sell it for versus what a dealer can pay for it, and giving you their opinion of whether you might consider selling or whether it might be better to hang onto it for a while. Good people all the way. If you buy mail order from them because you aren’t in the area, know that this is a solid business with a great reputation.

Ordering is simple, they are expensive compared to others but do not provide any exclusive benefits.  There is a good variety of coins Issues I ran into : - Shipping is expensive for orders &lt; 100$ - No time estimates provided during ordering online ordering does not provide option for expedited shipping, apparently calling them 'may' give you that option which is not clear from web - The time estimates is 5 - 10 Business days , so please ensure you keep enough days for fulfillment + shipping.  Since it is loosely 1 to 2 weeks - Returns or cancellations will cost you 20%  + their expensive shipping.  Advice : Go for apmex or more user friendly stores.
