Dr Joshi is an excellent doctor. The only reason why I come here is for him. He is kind and gets straight to the point. The nurse is extremely rude, I forgot her name, but when I did a walk in, she was not friendly and asks unnecessary questions. I’m finding another urgent care.
Took my daughter in at noon on a Sunday was seen in about ten minutes. We needed to collect a sample I showed up 15 minutes after they closed on Sunday evening they opened up back up to take the sample. Thanks for the excellent service.
This place has gone to the dogs since Joshi fired Dr. Hasan. Get off your power trip Chandra.
Out of all the Urgent Cares in town, this is by far my favorite one. The doctors and nurses listen to you and your concerns. They understand that they are supposed to bill your insurance before collecting money. Not guess on how much your appointment is going to be and charge you up front like other Urgent Cares and Doctor office's do.
I would recommend Dr. Hasan to anyone looking for a qualified doctor. She is extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any need you have. Doctor is very professional, providing her patients with tender love and care. She helps patients cope with health issues, making us more comfortable. Other doctors have the tendency of being judgmental and making patients feel out of place. The care Dr. Hasan provides feels genuine as ever. Would recommend her to all!
The doctors and staff go out of their way to help you. They are very caring and emphatic to your health needs. They examine all your symptoms and listen to your concerns and will even refer you to specialists and schedule you for follow up tests. They do not rush you out like other places. I highly recommend Simi Health Center Urgent Care.
Lady at the front desk was very rude and kept telling everyone she was very busy and didn't have time. This is a horrible place to go I ended up leaving and going elsewhere because dealing with her made me feel like I would not receive the care I deserved. Worst place ever!!! Stay away from. Here at all costs
Very nice place, very clean, and very professional. I was seen in a reasonable time frame. The Doctor was very good, and addressed my three problems. He prescribed my meds and sent me on my way. This was just what I wanted in a walk in urgent care center. I would come back and would strongly recommend this place.
I have been going to Dr Hasan at the Simi Urgent Care for the past 10 years. Dr Hasan is the best Doctor I have ever had. She always takes whatever time is necessary to explain my issues when I have questions. At one point Dr Hasan left the Simi Urgent Care for approximately one year. I was devastated. I have never been as elated as when I heard Dr Hasan was returning. Dr Hasan is very knowledgeable and a wonderful person. I cannot thank Dr. Hasan enough for all she has done for me. I highly recommend Dr.Hasan and thank her for being my primary care physician.
The worst urgent care. The Doctor is nice but Very rude receptionist and nurse that hangs up the phone at me twice. Come on guys we are talking about life and health here, you can't just hang up like that. I don't understand why they sent me to different x Ray facility when they have the x ray their urgent care. Even charge me big amount of money with late fees . Find a different urgent care
