I absolutely love the workers here they did what I needed and were so kind.

I wish I could rate this place lower. Cindy Desalvo, front desk, is a rude, crude, absolute liar when it comes to customers. Thanks!

This branch never answers their phone even when there's nobody in drive-through and one customer in the lobby. 3 different days I called in a span of 3 to 4 hours and never had my call answer I had to call another branch who actually asssted me.

Extremely frustrating bank!  Unless you are just looking for a bank to hold money for you like a piggy bank there "okay" however ANYTHING else other than that extremely frustrating!  Nothing ever works properly!  I press numbers all day and cant get through the automated phone.  To do any of the electronic banking is like pulling teeth.  Extremely slow!  You will lose money with them because time is money folks!  Bizarre hours!  No one ever available when you need them!  I knew them when the were Metropolitan Bank that used to scam people out of money and they have not gotten any better in all these years.  The list goes on and on!

Always have a pleasant experience. Kyle does a great job of making customers feel like family.

Thanks so much for not telling me about the overdraft fee when I made a withdrawal the other day in the drive thru. I now have a large negative balance thanks to you.

Stay away from this bank! They refuse to break $100 Bill's, yet they are FDIC!
