Read some reviews so was hesitant to take my truck here, but Pro Clean did not disappoint. After a sparkling water exploded in our truck from the sun zero temps, we needed to get it cleaned so we could drive home, and we needed it ASAP. I called and spoke with the manager, Ryan, who said they could help us even though they only do details/shampooing on Mondays in the winter for a fee. The results were amazing. The interior and exterior looked magnificent and all of the staff were very nice!
No complaints. They seem to do a pretty decent job washing the cars. I like their subscription options where you get unlimited washes. And their vacuum cleaners have the best suction I've ever seen in a vacuum cleaner for a car.
The staff was very friendly. The "cleaning" left a lot to be desired. It was obvious that the dash and door panels had not been wiped down. The vacuuming done was cursory. The license plate frame must have come loose, I found it very wet and dirty on my passenger seat, and it left a mark on my upholstery. There was a lot of dirty water on the seat also.
Outside of vehicle looked great. Inside was terrible. Didn't vacuum the debris on the seats. Over $34. Should have only been $14 for the quality.
Quick and efficient. Couldn't get the dead bugs off my car but that's ok bcuz they cleaned the inside my car super good. Reasonable price.
Quite disappointed after leaving Pro Clean only to get home and having to clean my car again. It’s comical that Pro Clean would ask the “hut” cashier to up-sell your customers for the monthly $50 unlimited wash when you allow this to leave your location. Pictured are the interior wipes I used on the center console where your employees must have shaken out their rag. Not pictured.... the filthy center console, obviously.
The only two people there that do their job their job right, twice in a row, is the person checks you in and the person you pay. They NEVER seem to dry the middle of your back window, sometimes the mirrors get wiped sometimes they don't, it's usually chaos around there, never rhe same service twice, besides mediocre and Richardson got the bugs off my truck better when they washed for free after an oil change at their place. Just done here, canceling my monthly plan.
Wouldn't even give it 1 star. The back hatch mat wasn't touched, the rubber floor mats got put back wet, so the first thing I did upon entering it was leave a mess all over from my shoes! The windshield was horribly streaked but couldn't get it in a pic, and the dashboard wasn't even touched! Could've left with just the simple drive through with the same results as full service! So tired of it I won't return even if it's free! Miracle Car Wash got a new customer today!
Excellent and Efficient!! This place offers a monthly, unlimited wash pass as well. Lots of options to choose from depending on the level of clean that's needed.
A little out dated wash . It's not as good as some from the Chicago land area . But better than one, you will find at a gas station .
