No stress, no pressure, all help. Simple Discount Furniture had some of the most helpful customer service we’ve experienced at any furniture store. Great prices, speedy delivery, layaway as an option, and able to speak Spanish with no problem - a true gem of Huntington Park.
Horrible experience. I went and purchased a bed that I had called to make sure it was in stock. A few hours after we paid and left we were told that the bed wasn’t in stock and we’d have to choose a different one. The man sent a few pictures and asked us to choose. Once the new bed was delivered it was SO UGLY and did NOT look anything like the picture that was sent. I called and asked if i could exchange the bed because it looks so bad and was told theres nothing they can do. DO NOT COME HERE.
Came here for a pre-assembled dresser after being given outlandish prices from other furniture stores. Zeke hooked me up with exactly the dresser I was looking for and gave me amazing service. He was really kind and patient the whole time. Thank you for your help! I'll be returning for future furniture needs.
