I had been going to this place for quite a while and they hiring new people . This is the second time with the same incident. I asked for a clean up on eyebrow because my eyebrows have a shape and I said I didn’t want them too thin or thick . They overly plugged my eyebrow to high and they acted like that was my eyebrow, when I explained she answer with “ well we will have to wait to grow and then come back” . I went to get my eyebrows threaded about two weeks ago. I messed up the shape of my eyebrows from doing them myself and Sejal was able to clean them up and they looked great after!!
