Owner and “Urban Chef”, Jon Wright and his staff approach each event with an artist’s passion – eager to transform the simplest menu into an epicurean feast for the palate and the soul. Though born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jon’s roots stem further south to the Carolinas and Jamaica and he brings his rich heritage to every dish.
Jon attended Howard University in Washington DC, majoring in Business with an emphasis in Hotel/Motel Management. While working full-time in sales for companies like the Washington Post and Bell Atlantic, he honed his skills meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Jon fashions himself not only as a caterer, but a “food designer” – creating not only delicious and decadent dishes, but visually pleasing presentations with uncompromising quality and attention given to every detail and nuance.
