We are a Southern Style Road side BBQ Joint established in 2002 We specialize in North Carolina Style BBQ. All of our meats are dry rubbed with our own blend of seasoning and slow smoked in our wood fired smoker. We offer our own BBQ Sauce, ORIGINAL and HOT, 20oz bottles and gallons are available for purchase. BBQ SO GOOD WE are PROUD To put our NAME ON IT !!!

Ribs were tender but were super fatty around the meat and very blackened on the outside. The cold baked beans were from a can with nothing special about them. The creamy coleslaw was actually my favorite part about the meal and was tasty. I was hoping this would be better as I am true bbq lover, but unfortunately I won't be back anytime soon.
Everything is very good, ham, ribs, loaded fries, fresh fries, hot sausage. Friendly staff!!! People say its pricey but I think they are very fairly priced!!
We were passing through the area and decided to stop. We ordered smoked mac n cheese as our sides and told they wouldn't be hot for 15mins. We decided to wait for it and it was just warm and tasted like macaroni with velveeta cheese and burnt charcoal, it wasn't a good smoke flavor. My bottle of iced tea was barely cold and my cheese steak was an open faced bun half burnt with about 1lb of meat, peppers and onions that were all charred. No way to pick it up. I tried esting it with my fork, but the flavor was so unpleasant, I ended up eating two bites and throwing it in the trash. I saw chicken in bags flooded in blood pulled from coolers on the back of a truck in 89 degree heat and clearly did not seem to be cold enough because the guy opened the drain on the cooler and tan looking liquid ran out for quite awhile. No one was wearing gloves and the guy cooking was handling the chicken with his bare hands. I'm not a priss when it comes to eating from food trucks or eating bbq foods cooked outside, I'm a country girl, but my food was nasty and I wouldn't eat there again.
We had Sipes BBQ cater our wedding, and the food/service was absolutely outstanding. Bryan and his wife Audrey gave us a number of options to choose from in order to stay within our budget, and checked in frequently during the planning phase of our wedding to ensure everything was on track. For the amount and quality of the food coupled with day of service, the cost was a steal. Our package included fruit/veggie appetizers wings also available, three types of meats, four sides, drinks, and cups/plates/napkins/utensils for not only what they provided, but also for our cake. We also stop at their food truck every time we're in the area, and have always had excellent food and service. I cannot recommend Sipes BBQ enough.
Amazing food and service, the staff was super friendly. The quality and amount of food you get is outstanding. We have passed this place many of times and we decided to give it a try today and was not disappointed. Honestly this is some of the best food I have had in this area in a long time. We will definitely be returning customers.
Soooo good! Owners and staff are super friendly! My husband loves the Big Hawg burger. I have had the loaded fries and steak sandwich. Both were incredible and HUGE portions!

Best food I've ever eaten. I've been coming here since they opened. I will never doubt this place. So sad they are selling! Absolutely love their loaded fries!
