I’ve stopped in this store with my Wife. We had shopped at many stores and couldn’t find anything to wear to a company gathering. The lovely staff greeted us and assisted us all the way through and my Wife found a beautiful outfit. Will be going back again soon. Thank you:
Really disheartened to hear my sisters experience with a sales associate earlier today who wanted to try on a dress that’s on a mannequin only to be told if she’s sure of her size and insisted that she’s a different size in a condescending tone. It’s so disappointing to think how this situation could’ve been avoided if the people who represent the brand treated such topic in a sensitive caring manner.
OUTSTANDING Customer service from all of the lovely, polite ladies that work there. Always welcoming when you walk through the doors and very helpful assisting customers when needed!!
The worst experience ever. Apparently they are suppose to close at 9 but they are so lazy that they close 15 minutes early. I wanted buy some stuff but guess they don’t need customers.

Always such an amazing experience here! The staff is great, the deals are amazing and they always do their best to accommodate as much as possible, especially during this pandemic. I think a lot of people forget that we’re living in a different time and the whole world has changed and fault the staff and policies for that. But even with everything going on and the challenges of this new era of customer service, the staff here always do their best to make me feel so welcomed and safe, especially with all the restrictions in place. Definitely my favourite place to shop! 10/10 would recommend shopping in-store or online.
Tried to return something that didn’t fit me well. It was the biggest size they had already. But apparently I was 1 day off from the return date. So stupid and now I have something I will never wear. Go to Urban Planet at Lundy Lane, so much better and they have better customer service.
Very LAZY and slow staff. Pretend like they are doing us a favour by working.
I love coming to this store- not only because of the cute clothes but I am always greeted by the staff and I always enjoy talking to them. Very sweet team of girls! Just a quick visit even is always pleasurable.
