Sit Play Stay Shelby's Pet Care

OMG awesome awesome doggy daycare! My dog is crate averse and was asked to leave another daycare because he gave them problems about getting in the crate at break time. We loved them but this is a story of all's well that ends well. I Google crate free daycare and Sit.Play.Stay came up. Shelby and her team are complete and total Rock Stars. When my dog realizes where we are going he leans forward in the car and starts to give me kisses. He is a bulldog who can easily succumb to heat and they are clearly skilled and have pools and hoses and ensure that the dogs are cooled down. I am so happy that I found them and leave my dog there knowing he will come home tired but happy. A big shout out and thank you on behalf of Max and his family!

I labsolutely love this place. I don't know why it took me so long to leave a review. Shelby and her crew are amazing. I found them bc my dog HATES being confined to a crate. My dog Hannah has been coming here for 2 years now. They always take great care of her. I never have to worry if she is in good hands. The greatest part is how happy my dog is to get dropped off in the mornings! From the dog paintings in the summers to the pictures with Santa you won't ever go wrong sending your dog to Sit Play Stay!

My puppy loves to go to Sit Play Stay! When I tell him he's going to daycare, he jumps around and gets so excited! Shelby and her team are very professional and provide high quality service. I always know that my puppy enjoyed himself because he is so tired when he gets home. I highly recommend this daycare!

Best daycare hands down. Used to bring my puppy to an overcrowded daycare in Annapolis. He dreaded going so I started looking for some other options and was lucky enough to find this gem. I commute from DC to Annapolis and its a slight deviation but so worth is. Puppy doesn't even say goodbye to me anymore cause he is so excited to be there. He spends the whole day outside with his friends and I constantly get picture updates to prove it. Shelby and her team are awesome. Can't recommend Sit Play Stay enough.

We love Shelby’s, our dog Cooper literally jumps over us to get out of the car. It truly gives you peace of mind knowing your fur baby is being treated well and loved. Thank you so much to Shelby and the staff for the great job you do everyday taking care of the pups.

Highly recommend if you are looking for either a daycare or boarding facility! They have taken such great care of my pup for both. My dog is always so happy to see every staff member and always has a great time. They are reliable, professional, and kind. I would continue to use them if I wasn’t moving away from the area. Thank you to everyone at Sit Play Stay for taking such good care of Bella these past 2 years. We will miss you!

I highly recommend and appreciate Shelby and her team! I’ll never take my babies anywhere else! I have an 11 yr old male Olde English Bulldog and a 2 yr old female Bernedoodle. We have had three daycare days and just picked up from our first overnight boarding experience ever! My bulldog has what I thought to be pretty severe separation anxiety. Little did I know that Sit. Play. Stay offers more love and attention than I could ever offer at home! I have always paid for in-home sitters for my 11 yr old bulldog, but I’m happy to say I will never do in-home care again after boarding with Sit. Play. Stay! The crate free experience is just what my boy needed! He has literally eaten his way through several crates in the past. So when looking for more consistent care while I traveled, the crate free option alone was something I couldn’t turn away from, and I’m so glad I didn’t! I am a weirdo dog mom who spoils my dog babies way too much. So boarding my dogs for the very first time was really hard for me! Especially, with my 11 yr old boy. I received daily pictures and updates from the staff, they gave my old man his meds, and gave him the option to stay inside the fully HVAC’d space while my 2 yr old girl played her face off outside with the other younger dogs! I genuinely appreciate the “interview” process put in place to make sure every dog is safe with each other before overnight boarding. Not to mention the entire staff is AMAZING! The staff always remembers each dog by name and the dogs are always greeted with a calm yet playful energy. If you’re on the fence about boarding as I was, look no further! Sit. Play. Stay is more than worth it! I will be continuing our experience with weekly daycare for my 2 yr old Bernedoodle to keep up with exercise and exposure to other dog friends!

Hands down the best place for your pup! I will never leave my dog anywhere else!
