I pointed out that she missed some hairs. The second time I pointed it out she said my eyebrows will be too thin if she removed those. She said she'll try to get them again if I wanted, but by that time my skin was feeling raw. I still paid her, but she might need to get glasses or better lighting or something if she's going to continue charging people for her services.

I''ve visited twice now and both times were a very relaxing, friendly and warm experience. Besides the great job on my henna color and threading of my eye browns. Dipika is fast too. I show up, tell her what I need done and in a couple of minutes she has everything ready for my hair. She 'paints' on the color so easily, professionally and with friendly conversation. It's wonderful to then just drive home and when the time is up, wash it and and voila! Beautiful color, gray gone. Horrible experience! I went to her for facial threading and body waxing. She messed up both my eyebrows, completely changed the shape and left me with bald spots in my left eyebrow. I also had alot of cuts on my face from her threading and still hair left that i had to remove myself once i got home. When she was done I told her that she took way too much off on my brows and she was not apologetic at all. Then she proceeded with waxing, I noticed as she was waxing that she was doubling dipping but I stayed quiet as it were just my legs and I didn't think it would be so bad. BIG mistake, I ended up with rashes on the inner parts of both my thighs and it's never happened before! I have been waxing my legs for years and never had a reaction like that. It was definitely because she used the same wax on all her clients. Very non-hygienic! Save your hard money and go to a REAL professional. She charges almost the same most salons charge. I only went because I liked the convenience of scheduling. But never again. My first and last time ever.

Dipika is very nice and does a great job with threading and waxing equally. I used to never wax because everytime I did I used to get a rash and was told I’m allergic to it. I tried with Dipika and the rash episodes went away. She’s also very flexible with timings and will do everything to accommodate you when you need the service!

I have been going to Touch n Glow for several years. I get my eyebrows threaded and arms and legs waxed and have been happy with the results each time. I would recommend the services to everyone.

I would recommend customer’s to visit Deepika’s parlour as I’m happy getting my services done here quite recently. She is warm n pleasing!! I liked her work-I’m coming here next time also....it says it all : Keep up the good work Deepika!
