If I could, I would rate -5 stars. Was told had to be out by end of January, then they said I had to pay February rent and that I would have it until the end of the month. They came in and threw away all of my kids outside toys. Their basketball hoop, scooters, soccer balls, soccer goal. They also took one of my trash cans. Called property manager Steve, and he proceeded to yell and hang up on me. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been trying to contact head office since February 4th, with no phone call back. They never fixed anything while I lived there, we had to go months without heat before they came to try and fix it. Two years there and they wouldn’t give me screens for my windows, or fix anything.
UPDATE: We have moved in settled we are not. But love were we live, the maintenance man Brain has been wonderful doing final touches. Leanne has been a dream to work with, we finally meet. Could not be happier. We have been dealing with Management they have been very kind, answered all our questions. This park is like a mini town. Very Clean. You can tell management keeps on top of things. There is so much out there it's amazing.
They will never give a phone call notice of important things like shutting off the water for 2 hours. Instead they will put a handwritten then copied and printed off strip in your mailbox! Nothing is done over the phone unless you are the one calling and yes sometimes the maintenance man is hard to get over to your house when needed. Like when your toilet keeps running so you have to pay extra money for the water bill and the thing doesn't fully get fixed for a month. It's overpriced I don't know why I still live here. The rules are wack and keep changing. I didn't have a skirt on my house for the entire winter so you can imagine how high my gas bill was and they didn't care about that either. Two thumbs down for management.
Never answers phone when u call or need something!! Dont know how to knock on the door an talk like adults. Always leaving notes on the door. Complains bout everything. If they dont like u . They wont leave u alone. Top it off u keep ir yard clean and they still complain. Property manger is on drugs and has favorites
Decent place to live but I moved out over 6 months ago and still haven’t received my security deposit back even after repeatedly calling and leaving voice mails and never getting a call back. Don’t plan on getting your security deposit back even if you make every payment on time and take good care of your lot.
Manager used to be my neighbor, watch out, she's the thief. I feel really bad for anybody that lives there. She's a witch. No. Joke.
Decent place to live, nosey neighborhood, decent management. Would ha e given 4 stars if i did t receive notes on my door for people parking in front of my house overnight.
One of the worst trailer parks i have seen . Management is two faced and always complains about the littest things.
Not a bad place like the trailer park up the road,clean area ,good people there
The company that owns it never put any money into it they do very little they try to put it all on their tenants
