As a tourist who has been in the US for the first time, my experience with SIXT was phenomenal.  Everything went smoothly from booking the car to picking up the car. I reserved a Toyota Rav4 but due to unavailability I got a better car at the same price! Front desk staff "Ricklove" was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Car condition is amazing, clean and smells brand new.

I have recently rented a car in North Miami location and the smell inside the car is horrible. Me and my family members have a headache while we are in the car. The manager explained that they use a chemical against the COVID, but it’s  anti HUMAN, not COVID!!! And it’s not an allergic reaction, I took the antihistamine pill and still have it. I asked to replace the car and was promised to get a call back from the branch - nobody called. It’s been 3 days that I am driving theirs cars and experience a headache every time I am in the car. After one hour the headache disappears. I am writing this review to attract the attention of the owner of the company that a dangerous chemicals they used and to solve my problem as a can’t even contact the branch myself. I have to wait when they call me or go there myself. But ALL THE CARS SMELL THE SAME BECAUSE OF YHE CHEMICALS THEY USE!!! Please contact me ASAP.

Out of all* the car rental places and experiences, this by far has been probably the best experience renting a car.  Soon as I arrive I was greeted by Luis M who ended up being ours sales rep. My wife and I reserved an SUV, we were very happy with the option they gave us; most rental places don’t even have “options.”  Luis made the experience memorable as he was kind, understanding with a great sense of humor.  Furthermore, once we got into the rental, we noticed that the light in the dashboard indicated a tire had low air pressure; it seemed to be that it occurred in the lot; either way, Luis got us into a slightly bigger and nice rental right away without wasting time.  Service and attention at its best! If anything, it took us longer to get out of there because we had many questions lol; however all of our questions were answered with smiles. — this is why we appreciated their service and wanted to provide a google review.  We need to rent a car again in a week or so, we will be going back, excited for the next rental.  Also, indoors: the office was neat , all agents were nicely in uniform, the atmosphere was calm and clean.  Overall, what we appreciate more is that we felt they did extra for us which made us feel like quality and appreciated clients. It’s the “extra” that goes a long way, and I hope this business goes a long way as we were happy with their attention and consideration; they were not “robots, who seemed to hate their jobs,” they seemed happy to be there and happy to do their jobs.  They all got along, it was nice to see that co Worker’s help each other out.  Highly recommended!  Thank you guys.

Having Family in corporate we always use Sixt .Highly disappointed in the level of care and service we received at this location .  2 Employees male with dreadlocks were rude and inattentive to customers who walked in . Not even a good afternoon . Wouldn’t acknowledge guest who walked in for minutes at a time  attention to owner  your business will be ran to the ground if this the face of your company. The car given to us smelled like marijuana and there was no attempt to even conceal or clean the order . Will never ever return here and will also make sure none of my family come to this dilapidated sorry excuse for a car rental place .

I've attended this location for years and always have the  best experience, special thanks to Jaime for all of his help today. I was at the branch with my 1 month old and 11yr old and not to mention I'm 7 months pregnant he had me  in and out. Kudos to you Jamie.

I am utmost impressed and happy with the service I received at the Sixt rent a car at this location.  Luis M. and Kareem M. provided me with respectful and considerate attention to my rental requests. In addition, they made the process of renting the car so easy much more straightforward than other brother companies I've used to rent cars. They had great positive attitudes, smiled, and made me feel like a quality customer. I was impressed how they both worked together on assisting me with my rental. I am writing this review because my experience at this rental place compared to my other experiences with the rental places is that I felt like they were being completely honest with me. --Most car rental agents seem to be all "secretive," "powerless," not able to do much, etc., etc.  These guys showed that they were doing their best to get me into the car with which I would be happy. I will definitely be going back the next time I need to rent a car. A+++++++ Service#HighlyRecommended Thank you!

Sixt is what every car rental should be like. You get what you asked for or better. Always a smooth process and friendly staff. Always clean and good new vehicles. Such a good high quality experience. Sixt customer satisfaction is so great and unique. Love the experience!

Terrible Job, if you have a problem with your car they dont help you with nothing, i dont recomended, i had a Flat tire and anyone help me. It was terrible. The Car assistance it is terrible too, they say one thing and do another, sixt never again

Unequivocally the best branch Sixt have in SFL, been renting with the North Miami Branch for over 10 month’s, never had any issues, the staff are great and working fast, Sean and Antony are highly recommended to deal with, wish that other branches would learn from them!  Overall great service and prices and I’ll continue to be a returning customer! 10/10!
