Came for a birthday party early in the day. The party rooms were great and had what was needed for a quick birthday gathering. Glad we got there early though. Within an hour or so of being there, it was so crowded you could barely skate, or find a place for adults to sit, so we left. All in all great place to bring the kids for some fun, clean bathrooms, decent music, but bring the wallet, the concessions aren't cheap. Was surprised to see they do sell beer for the adults who want to partake! Also saw when leaving they offer summer camps, so if you need a place for your kiddos this summer check them out.
Just from the reviews I wouldn’t even book here because why are y’all segueing back with customers who’ve had poor experiences it’s just a honest review? This place must be ran by teenagers? I was looking to book my child a party here but I’d hate to end up in hernando for y’all playing with me and my money cause all it takes is the RIGHT ONE!.
It was pretty nice teen night was fun no fights broke out or anything but the pizza was very thin but other than that the other food was great. Very ok environment i didn't feel unsafe either
I can honestly say that this place is amazing. Not sure why people are complaining about prices because they are pretty reasonable compared to what you'd pay for snacks at the movies. The workers are all friendly and attentive to the kids. I watch them all of the time and love how they try to help the little ones that are struggling. I've never come across a rude employee. I'm not sure who it is my mother, younger brother and I always greet at the door but he's always welcoming. I feel safe here always. Every time I come here, I want to skate but I'm too embarrassed of being laughed at by falling on my butt. Initially I refused to skate because of the extra weight I was carrying, but in the last few months I've been losing it, so I most definitely need to get out there and skate. But really is just all insecurity. The employees really inspire me to get out there and move because they're always working with everyone making sure they are comfortable. So please bring your family here for a good time.
Nice place to take the kids to skate. They serve drinks, slushes, pizza, and nachos. They have other quick snacks like cotton candy. Only downfall is the arcade area. Not a lot of games to play when you're taking a break from skating. Skate Odyssey has a great variety of music. They play Pop, R&B, and dance songs. We had a great experience!
If I could give negative stars I would. Went for a 7 year olds birthday party and the staff was rude. Did not give the party parent all the info needed for the party. Party was booked for 6pm on a Saturday. First hour was spent eating pizza and by the time the kids went to skate they took all the things that help the kids skate away but never informed anyone that they did not allow them after 7. All the "manager" would say is "we have a sign posted on the door". Looked but didn't see it. Ordered extra pizza when first arrived but didn't receive it until we were leaving. Party was booked over the phone and no one Explained there Saturday night policy. 8 of the 12 kids in the party needed assistance to skate. I will never go back and I will make sure friends I know don't go through the same ordeal. This place is horrible!!!
We had a great time! Clean, family friendly. Need more affordable food options, or better quality food if we're paying 16.00 for a frozen pizza that's been heated. And supervision is occasionally necessary because children aren't always accompanied by adults. My children are inexperienced on skates and we had to deal with other kids skating the opposite direction and deliberately crashing into others.
It’s quite pack with kids during the weekend early hours. I avoid going at those times. My husband and I usually go on the grown folks night and have a wonderful time. We also got our first pair of skates from this place.
The kids enjoyed skating, the pizza, and the music, but the general manager was rude. When I originally placed my order online, I requested a Coke and fruit punch. When they brought out the food and drinks, I noticed that we had two pitchers of lemonade. I was fine with one pitcher of lemonade, but I wanted Coke for myself and the other adults. We served the kids pizza, and we poured them all of the kids at the party cups of lemonade. They started complaining about the lemonade not being sweet enough. We didn’t have a host, so I stood in the long concession line I had to do this several times during the party because no one checked on us/we didn’t have a host!, and I explained to them the problem with my order and the lemonade not being sweet enough. He told me that one of his workers said that I ordered two pitchers of lemonade, and he refused to believe anything I said. He was basically saying that she was right, and I was wrong! He disregarded the fact that MOST of the kids’ cups were still filled with lemonade that was not satisfying to them. They didn’t drink it. It was not sweet. He refused to correct my order. He didn’t show me any type of customer courtesy. I’ve tried to get in contact with the owner twice, but no one has returned my call. My son’s birthday party was in April, and I’m still waiting to hear from the owner.
