SKECHERS Factory Outlet

We bought a pair of shoes from the Oxford Skechers store on December 30th. There was an interruption due to the store's internet connection during payment. Although the payment was visible in our bank application, shop employee Edw** D**** said that he would not give the product without pay again. Even though the problem was not caused by us, he force us to pay again. We explained the situation to him many times for an hour, he did not act constructively and avoided taking responsibility. As a customer, now I have to ask for my own money to get back!!! I am looking forward to seeing what you can do to resolve my grievance and win me back as a customer. Based on my current experience, I would definitely not recommend it.

I visited the shop in Oxford Westgate. I have been served a young gentleman. He was very patient and helpful to me. As I approached him he greeted me with smile. I had been trying many style of shoes till we found the perfect ones. His name is Hadeed. The sevice I received is Second to None. I am very grateful to him. Very nice experience.

I bought some slip-ins and arch- fit shoes today from skechers in the Westgate Centre.  The help that I received from Bertina ? was second to none.  She was absolutely brilliant,  helpful,  knowledgeable, very pleasant and patient.   I don't like shopping normally but she made today's experience very enjoyable.

Nice collection of walking + running+ other shoes. Very friendly staff. Samet is one of the kindest staff members I've met in any shoe retail store. He served us with patience amd with a smile.

As an impatient shopper, with a few physical challenges with damage to my feet, I with my mother, ventured into sketches today with an element of dread as I hate shopping, my gosh, we were lucky, Edwin, the assistant within the store in Westgate Oxford served us, and was absolutely amazing, polite, friendly, extremely helpful, quite Literally running around us, trying different shoes, given advice and support, an incredible individual, thank you sketchers For employing such an amazing individual as Edwin, and thank you to Edwin for assisting us and for the purchase of the shoes for myself and my mum. Amazing will go back. Only if Edwin serves us.

Excellent service today by both Amelie and Edwin. My husband and I went in today, and we tried on SO MANY pairs of shoes! Amelie and Edwin both helped us with patience, expertise, and a smile on their face. In the end, they were so helpful that we purchased two pairs each. A huge thank you to both Amelie and Edwin!

A nice selection of mens shoes at reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I went to five shoe shops before coming here and they were the first place to have a selection of UK 13 shoes for me to try!
