Came into the store on a Saturday morning. There was only 3 customers in the store at the time but the woman working at the store was less than thrilled to help any of us. She had an attitude with everyone and just couldn’t be bothered to help. Never returning to this Skechers location, by the looks of the other comments I’m not the only one.
I've been there before and they USED to have good service, but not this time. As soon as I entered the store, the clerk seemed determined not to help. I asked for style Gratis in black that I had at home AND had purchased at that store before and was told they don't have and can't order them. I told her they had ordered them before and she said they get in trouble. Sale was buy 1 & get 30% off 2nd pair. She basically said too bad. She was more interested in playing with her hair than making a sale. I'll probably look for another shoe style from a different manufacturer. Skechers. You have just lost at least one customer. It should get NO STARS.!!!
The girl that was at the West Nyack store on the day after Christmas, ALL BY HERSELF, was fantastic. Super nice, super friendly, super helpful all the while trying to deal with me and the day after Christmas crowd, ALL BY HERSELF. She was excellent. Can't say nice enough things about her. Why she was at the store on the day after Christmas ALL BY HERSELF, is a store management problem.
Very clean and amazing customer service. I didn’t catch the name of the cashier but she was very patient and helped me buy my slip resistant shoes for work. Thank you employee No.92867!
After we purchased sneakers at skechers in the Palisades Mall, there were fraudulent charges to the same credit card - it is the only store we can think of that would steal our cc information and use it. If you choose to make a purchase there, please monitor your credit card activity and make sure you do not become a victim of fraud. They literally threw us out of the store after we made our purchase and made discriminatory comments. We love skechers shoes but will not be returning to the skechers store in the Palisades Mall.
We were looking for a nice snow shoe/boots for our mom. The people at the store were patient and helped us to find exactly what we need. Thanks!
Shoes and sneakers are very comfortable but they never seem to have my size in stock
Got what I needed for work within 5 minutes and left. Staff was polite as well.
Great products for the kids. Not dealing with untied shoe laces saves me hours!
Zero customer service skills in this store and you need better inventory.
