I contacted Ken Wilson Ford in regards to a 2020 RAM 2500 that they had in stock. I spoke with Tim and explained to him my situation and how this truck fit what I was looking for. Tim took the time to send me all the additional details I needed on the truck. Which made for an easy in person buying experience. Tim had the truck detailed and sitting right out front when I arrived we went for a quick test drive and completed all the necessary documents in a timely manner. There were a few issues with the truck after purchase that I notified Tim of and he assisted in getting the issues corrected. All in all I'm happy I made the 8 hour round-trip drive to purchase this truck and impressed with the level of customer service I received from start to finish. I would recommend Tim and Ken Wilson Ford to anyone as they are definitely worth the drive.

We have bought 5 new vehicles from Ken Wilson! We always have the best experience and everyone there always goes about and beyond to get the numbers where we want them. I just recently went in and needed something smaller, cheaper on gas with cheaper payments. They did everything to get me in another new car and the numbers where I needed them. I went from an explorer to and Edge. So I got cheaper gas, smaller car, cheaper payments and better interest rate. I recommend Terri Lyda for all your car needs. We will never go anywhere else for a vehicle or buy from any other salesperson. Terri has become family and that’s how the whole Ken Wilson experience always is for us.

I have a 2013 F150 that refused to start on the Saturday morning of a Labor Day weekend.  Had it towed to Ken Wilson and dropped the key off in the Service drop-box.  The service department must have had a massive backlog, from the looks of it, but they got the truck fixed and drove it back to my home in Candler before 3 PM that Wednesday they were close Sat/Sun/Mon.  Outstanding job by Ken Wilson, very happy with the bill and pleasantly surprised when they delivered it back to me free of charge.  Will definitely use them again if needed.

Great staff and people, all nice and easy to get along with not pushy. I was pleased with the new truck, that I bought from them 0 problems 0 hassle. Will shop there again, they give straight answers. Be sure to ask for "Lynn Bright" , nice man, he will help you out!

Eddie provided the best possible sales experience despite the long wait for my truck. He helped guide me through everything so there was minimal wasted time once my truck arrived, and I was able to drive it home the same day it was delivered.  Working with the finance team was quick and easy too.  This the most well reviewed ford dealer in the area for a reason.  The entire team was professional and a pleasure to work with.

Herb Service Writer and Dustin Forehand Service manager  AMAZING Customer Service .. Herb was Very Professional and Very accommodating and On POINT when it came to Communicating Needs and service recommendations on Our Truck . He went above and beyond working with my Third Party Warranty Company and was service Tech was so Quickly at getting the Job finished. Dustin stepped Up as well when I had a Issue with the Third Party Service agreement. Just wanted to say THANK You for the whole Team at K W Ford Service dept was exceptional Customer service and Prompt. Much better experience that I experienced at the Other Local Ford  Dealer was not near as Accommodating and customer Driven .   This Service team was Great .. Thanks

The staff at Ken Wilson Ford was amazing! They helped me find the perfect truck for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and nothing that I didnt need. They were not pushy to make a sale like a lot of places are. Making such a large purchase can be stressful but these folks made the buying process very simple and easy! I am truly enjoying my Ford ecosport. I had one worry about squalling brakes but when I found out that it's a natural thing I was fine with it.
