Above expectations, very friendly and not pushy at all. Repair only took 30 minutes and half the price that other other repair shops quoted, that would take 3-4 days. My wife and I were very impressed! Will only come to Skinny's repair shop for any electronics repair from now on!
Great customer service. It's such a great feeling to walk into a small business establishment and be able to have a nice conversation with the workers or owner. That's what I love about supporting small local businesses. Skinnys offers screen, phone repairs, data recovery, antivirus, water damage and more, visit them or their website to learn more. They also carry good quality phone accessories, wireless chargers, and portable speakers. Highly recommend.
I lost a screw out of the bottom of my laptop. I called in and they helped me find the screw I needed. They were super helpful and did their best to fix my issue. Their customer service is great as well. If you have any issues, I would recommend calling them and seeing if they can be of any help!

Talk about "hectic" !! Credit card hacked, notifications of new card number before bills are late and last to do is to update Apple. Apparently I transposed what I entered and what I wrote. Cameron in Stephenville saved me. I'm sure I came across as a crazy "untechy" lady I am, but he calmly corrected the issue with clear instructions and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving! Fantastic isn't it.
Had a great experience here! Yesterday, I started experiencing a problem with my iPhone where multiple calls were complaining that my voice was breaking up and/or hard to hear. Very frustrating! So I stopped in at Skinny’s. Jeremy greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help. I explained and let him look at my phone. He found the problem right away. Turns out it was excessive pocket lint built up in the holes where the mic and speakers are located. After a minute or so using a special brush he has, the holes were clear again. A quick test call proves that my phone was back to normal. Imagine my surprise though when he said that the service was free! “Just keep us in mind in the future.” It probably seemed like a small thing to Jeremy but it was very helpful to me and a delightful surprise. If I ever need my iPhone repaired for a bigger problem, why would I not come to Skinny’s first?
My laptop had a hardware issue. I brought my laptop in and it was fixed in a day! Very nice staff and reasonable prices.
My husband called here before I drove from Whitney to confirm they could fix my phone but when I got there at 1:30 they had a sign saying they would be back by 2:30. I drove an hour in the rain just to go somewhere else for help. This is beyond unprofessional!!
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the problem and the process well and on a level I could understand. Excellent service!!!! Do not hesitate to go in and talk to them if you need computer or phone help or repair.
