Skinny's Ribs & Bibs

Everyone is very welcoming, and the owner is very nice and attentive! The food...omg I fell in love with the brisket flautas, so good! We also ordered kids grilled cheese with brisket. A cowboy combo that my husband thoroughly enjoyed. And I had the McSkinny that I thought would be small. But no, it's is fully loaded & delicious. We will be back for probably the best BBQ we have had in a long time!!!

Went Saturday at around 2 PM and got the trio with brisket, ribs, and sausage. My side was mac and cheese and French fries and it was delicious! The taste was great right amount of spice and good-sized portions. I will be coming back again.Food: 5/5

Ayo skinny n aleena be the, Most dopest, heaven sent, 200/10, i wish i could give 40 stars. No character length is enuff stuff to iterate how id rate this my priority date spot. Imma blow a paycheck n a half. Id tell my family to load up the van n roll out. “I know where we going . Oh my gawd .” - my lady said after a few bites. Ayo if you read this Skinny imma stan now. Im skinny fat religiously converted!

When we walked in, there was the perfect music playing George Strait "All my Ex's live in Texas". The staff were super friendly and explained the menu in detail. The food was amazing! Definitely coming back to Skinny's. Make sure you try the "Mac Attack".Food: 5/5

Great little spot. Good customer service. Food came out fresh and hot. The fries were crispy, warm and had good seasoning. I got the porky melt and it had great flavor. The only thing I wish is since it comes with hatch green Chile queso was a little more spice but my palate may like a little more heat. I also wish they had sweet tea. They have cold sodas and water. Overall good experience for a reasonable price if you haven’t stopped by I would recommend it for a quick and quality bite of food

Brisket was moist with a nice bark, served with the fat, Ribs were average and sausage was good. The fries were burnt and it tasted like they were cooked earlier and refried to refresh themFood: 3/5

I had just finished lunch in the parking lot in my car. And I looked, and I saw skinnys. I went to grab some ribs just to try them out and I’m so glad I did. The meat was amazing moist and juicy. The barbecue sauce was extremely savory. I will definitely come back for a full meal.Food: 5/5

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff....Mike your AWESOME and Jason Chavez the owner right there next to his employee's working it. Food was tender and fell off the bone, amazing taste, the beans and macaroni are to die for.Food: 5/5
