Call this vet first when it's time to say goodbye to your best furry friend. Trust me, don't bother calling all the other vets online that claim to care about your situation, your pet, or your wallet! Ashley was amazing and helped our family out, even though they were really busy and booked solid. She made sure we were able to be seen on that day to alleviate the suffering of our beloved dog. It's a hard decision to make in the first place. But when it's time, call Sky Canyon. Everyone else was too busy and wanted to charge hundreds more for the process and didn't have any empathy for us either. Sky Canyon was so wonderful and understanding Thank the Lord for them.

I had my 5 year old Golden Retriever neutered on August 12, 2022. They were fantastic. Very caring and the whole procedure went well. The front office staff and Lisa were all so helpful and friendly. They made this stress free for me. Thank you to all !

I've never had a bad experience here, super friendly staff and helpful staff. They've always explained everything thoroughly. Everytime our pup gets a scare for anything this is where we go. They have clinic walk-in weekends so prices for shots and medications are cheaper.

They're super nice here and the place is very clean. The technician that took my foster cats blood was very kind and genuine. 10/10 would recommend.

Thank you so much Dr. Haver for all that you did for Miss Bella. She isn't the sweetest kitty with strangers. After a few months of x-rays, sedation with cast applied unfortunately we had to have her leg amputated. Sky Canyon staff and the Dr's truly are the very best in Riverside County.

The staff is friendly and the doctor is caring. I was impressed that the doctor sat on the floor with my scared cat who was hiding under the table. Rather than force my cat on the table, he stayed on the floor to do the exam where my cat was comfortable. He was gentle and thorough. This is a photo of my cat sleeping in his bed at home.

This place is something else! I had to get blood work done for my sick kitty. They said it would take 1 or 2 days for the results. Waited 4 days, and when I didn't hear from anyone, I started calling them. They kept saying the dr. would call me with the results. Waited longer and this never happened, and I asked to have the results sent to me via email - so easy for them to do. They refused and once again they told me the dr. needed to see the results first, then call me. Time kept on going by and I was worried about my cat, so I decided to go in person to see the results. Still refusing, I had to get quite angry in the front office with them. I reminded them I had paid for blood work to be done, and I wanted my money back if I didn't get the results! Finally, one of the doctors came out and handed me the results documents that they had for days. All in all, a huge hassle on my part. Rude front office people from day one, and customer service is totally lacking at this place. Never again!

Great people, excellent service. I love how they explain everything to you. On a side note, if you need a groomer; The girls next door at Amazing Creations Pet Groomers Heather and Jodie are AMAZING!! I took my 2 big doggies, Zoey & Bailey, to the doctor first them to these ladies... the job they did on them was wonderful. I have never had my dogs groomed so well. Great smelling, super shiny, soft coat... No more shedding!! I will be using Sky Canyon Vet & Amazing Creations from here forward!

Our Luna 14 + yrs old pitbull went in for surgery. They removed the giant tumor on her elbow and a large cancer mass under the same arm. They also drained a saliva glad that had caused a huge hard mass on her right cheek. We are so thankful she is feeling much better now. They took excellent care of her. The entire staff is amazing. Luna is like a new puppy she was so excited to see them with each follow up visit so we know they took excellent care of her. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our loved ones.
