Our group worked with Nicci at this agency.  We had a very large group going on a cruise out of LA.  We received very poor customer service.  Because of delays in reservations costs for flights increased.  Phone calls were not answered timely.  Dealing with this agency became a nightmare.  I strongly recommend NOT using them.
