We came here to get passport photos done twice in the last 6 months and photos were ready within 10-15 mins. Today, my husband went for his photos and the lady didn't get her name said that it won't be ready until Monday. He asked why and she said the photos need to be sent to the passport office to get approved?!?! And she said the two ladies who helped us previously did it wrong! What non sense is this?! Oh then she changed her story that the process time could take an hour or two and she didn't want my husband to wait around because they are closing soon. My husband arrived at 2:45pm and they don't close until 5pm... How on earth is that closing soon?! If she didn't want to do work, she shouldn't be working at the shop. If she wants to continue to work here, she seriously needs to be retrained and re-educated. We had good experience here previously but after today, don't think it's a good idea to come back here again.

I don't know what happened here but the new lady who works here is awful and not professional. I used to come here all the time for service especially for passport photos and it was always a quick and easy, in and out within 10 minutes but now it takes days according to the new lady. Also, I am unsure if it's some new hours but they claim they close at 5pm but it's always seemed to be closed around 4pm. Perhaps the new worker knows its not busy after 4pm so decides to leave, just a guess.

If I could give Raj a 20/10, I would. She was quite phenomenal at providing quality customer service in printing my massive batch of documents, taking my passport pics and figuring out my shipping needs. Even when she got busy and the store passed closing time, she stayed, never complained and helped me get ready for my consulate appointment. Amazing service Skymart! The people is what defines a business so a small tip, don't lose Raj!

Snigdha was vey helpful, friendly and professional. She helped me with my parcel posting issue in a great manner. It really felt like she genuinely cares about her customers. I also got a beautiful smile from her as a bonus :Fantastic service!!!

Very poor service I sent a parcel to India 2 months ago when my family received the parcel it was open and some items missing upon calling them they keep giving later dates without any answers and even after 2 months i still don't have any answer I don't recommend this place to anybody at all If you want your parcel to reach safely try some other courier services

I made a mistake deciding to get my passport picture clicked by the lady working at this branch. First she sent me the photo completely zoomed in. On requesting to send a zoomed out photo, she sent me a poorly cropped photo after 4 hours after multiple follow ups. Whether this was done on purpose, I don't know. Highly inefficient service. Wasted a complete day of mine trying to get a passport picture. I am never ever trusting this person with a task as simple as a Purolator drop-off from here on.

Raj has been very nice ,efficient and professional and helped me packing three packages for Purolator when I came in 10 minutes before closing !! This was my second time here and each time the staff were very nice and helpful. The place is very clean and open too!

The lady who works there doesn't know how to do RIA at al. She can't even tell me the rate. She asked me to wait and she continued to serve other people continuously. WASTED MY TIME Went back to my old RIA place and it took 2 minutes to finish the transaction. They shouldn't advertise RIA if they don't know how to do it.

Seriously? Says that closes at 5pm and I'm here at 4:01. What reliable business!

They got 4 different shipping companies, it gave me advantage to get shipping in my budget, great customer service too.
